I communicated with several auto body shops and decided to go with Valley Autobody after Cesar asked me to come in and get a quote. Price was great and service was quick! Will be coming back for future (if needed) fixings.

Cost to fix the shop's mistake. All of it was labor to find that the shop didn't have the connectors plugged in correctly.

My experience here started off really well. I brought the car in for damage to the front caused by a chunk of concrete. They did a really good job with all the repairs. It looks brand new. When I went to pick up the car, I was asked some leading questions about recalls. Come to find out, when they did the repairs, all the electrical in the car got messed up. Thankfully, the owners agreed to pay for my rental until they got the replacement part for the electrical, which took about 3 weeks. Up until that point everything was going really well. They were upfront and accepted the responsibility for the damaged electrical. Where it took a quick turn south was when I was asked to pay for the programming of the part that was damaged under their care. They set the appointment up with BMW and said all I had to do was take the car to the dealership, they would program it, and bill the auto body shop. I agreed to stop by the shop after I picked up the car to pay them the $255 we agreed on for the programming. Well, the shop took off the new part and replaced it with the old part, so of course BMW charged an additional $100 or so for the added labor. Even BMW was confused as to why they took off the old part, put on the new part, then took off the new part and put the old damaged one back in. When BMW called the shop to bill them, they were told by the shop to bill me when I got there. Wow, really? Not what I was told would happen by the shop. So now, in order to get my car I have to pay around $350 to BMW. Not what we agreed on, not what I was told. When I talked to the shop, they kept throwing back in my face that they paid for my rental and lost money on my car because of the rental and the cost of the damaged part. Keep in mind they agreed to pay for it! As the owner said "It happened while we had the car so we will take care of it". Apparently that was a partial truth. Very very disappointing considering how well everything was going up until I got this surprise dropped on me. Honest and not all at once. Very disappointed in the outcome dealing with this shop. **UPDATE** Well not long after the shop had BMW bill me after we agreed I would pay an agreed upon amount at the shop there were still electrical issues. Turns out the shop didn't connect the wires properly after removing and then reinstalling the front fender. It cost $1100, basically all labor, for BMW to find the problem and fix it. So now, I've spent a total of $1450 to fix mistakes by this shop. Absolutely terrible. I know there are good reviews, but please use caution with this shady place.

The old owner Chan is now gone. The new owner called and said he would repair it for me and take care of it. I do appreciate that.

What a LIFESAVER to find this amazing auto body shop! I was traveling to Yosemite (from south OC)…read morewhen I slipped on some black ice and hit a K-Rail. The car ended up un-drivable and the closest place I could tow it to was Don Valenzula's. They were an absolute joy to work with! Every time I called, they were so kind and informative. They kept me posted on timing and all the details for the repair, were incredibly communicative and helpful working with my insurance, and did phenomenal work. The car was basically brand new when I picked it up! I just wish I lived closer to use them for all my car needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and if you live close by, consider using Don Valenzuela's for all your car needs! They took us on a tour of their facility - friendly workers, high-end equipment and paint areas, and knowing this is a family run business with both Don Sr and Don Jr was incredible. Thank you Don and the whole team!! (Also, we use the coffee cups regularly and enjoyed the biscotti on the 6 hour drive home.)

Actually I can't think of any of the people i've dealt with in my life that I could rate higher than Dan and his crew. The shop is there as a service to people and to the community, body and paint work are secondary, but accomplished in a very professional manner and with great results. I had a repair shop for 39 years. I tried to run my business the same way Don is doing, service first followed by good work. Even though I followed the same principals, Don Valenzuela's Autobody wins. I feel that his shop applies the principles in a stronger, more professional way.

The "replaced doors" have major imperfections and the paint work is extremely poor. They wouldn't even try as soon as the heard the age of the truck. One other place looked for parts but said they couldn't find any. Enter Clovis Collision/Clovis Auto Body! They looked for parts and FOUND them and agreed to do the repairs. They did the repairs quickly and kept us updated via text and phone. There was one hiccup where we had to bring it back for a fix but they took care of it the same day. They also worked well with our insurance. We are very grateful for Clovis Collision/Auto Body and their willingness and ability to fix my husband's favorite vehicle. :-) We highly recommend them.

She sent a email containing estimates and notes stating to the insurance these exact issues she deemed were not related to the accident for example the abs and traction light had illuminated after being rear ended. when I called and inquired she denied everything regardless of emailed documentation when I told them I will pick up my vehicle it was returned with more my miles on it then when it was first dropped off It had 154,620 upon pick up it had 154,624 the truck still contained marks all over the from their inspection. The experience I had with this body shop was very unprofessional if a vehicle is sitting in the body shop and has not been taken apart or sent out anywhere how is it retuned with more miles then it had when it was towed to the shop but also how can you send emails claiming things are not related when you never sent the truck anywhere to be diagnosed the vehicle was dropped off 3/25/2026 at 8:00am I picked up the vehicle 3/26/2026 3:50 pm with my truck containing 4 extra miles on it how does that occur if a truck was just sitting at a shop and never went anywhere that's very suspicious activity if the vehicle never moved outside the shop

So I arrive for the appointment and they said I would have to bring the car back because it has to be put on a rack for inspection and I would have to make another appointment to bring it back to do that. I said that's what I did over the phone and that's what I'm here for for the inspection on the rack. Yet they said you have to bring your car back for another appointment. I'm not sure why I even came in that first day because it was just to make another appointment. Pretty much wasted my time that day. Not very welcoming to customers. Kinda felt like they didn't want my business. I was very polite with them and didn't loose my cool. So I made another appointment and brought it back. I dropped my car off for inspection this morning . My appointment was at 8:30am to drop off my car. I arrived at 8:15am and the office staff that check you in didn't appear to be that busy. But the person that was supposed to check me in said to wait because the computer was warming up. Yet they kept working on the computer preparing other repair orders. After 20 minutes they finally decided to check me in. Also when I brought my car in a week ago they made me wait over 30 minutes just to be told I had to bring it back for another appointment. I just didn't feel very welcome at all. If they are that stressed out with the work they do then maybe it's not the best job for them. Now I am bit concerned about my car being in their care. I will add to this review as things progress. Update to review: I just picked up the car and before going in to settle the bill I was greeted by the manager while I was looking at my car. I went over the situation with him and he was very helpful. When I went inside to check out it was much different situation than the previous two occasions. They were much more helpful. The manager was very helpful answering and listening to my concerns.
