I can't rate their work because I ended up choosing not to continue business with this auto shop however, I highly do not recommend this shop. The manager Caesar genuinely tried scamming me out of money all by authorizing work that was never signed and or approved of. Being a manager does NOT mean you make decisions for a customers vehicle for them without their consent and then blame them for YOUR poor decision of actions. He tried charging me for work That not I, nor my Insurance company ever signed or approved of. Then tried threatening to not give my vehicle back.No auto body shop I have ever been to has moved like this. Very unprofessional and scandalous.Be cautious when doing business with this auto shop. My experience here started off really well. I brought the car in for damage to the front caused by a chunk of concrete. They did a really good job with all the repairs. It looks brand new. When I went to pick up the car, I was asked some leading questions about recalls. Come to find out, when they did the repairs, all the electrical in the car got messed up. Thankfully, the owners agreed to pay for my rental until they got the replacement part for the electrical, which took about 3 weeks. Up until that point everything was going really well. They were upfront and accepted the responsibility for the damaged electrical. Where it took a quick turn south was when I was asked to pay for the programming of the part that was damaged under their care. They set the appointment up with BMW and said all I had to do was take the car to the dealership, they would program it, and bill the auto body shop. I agreed to stop by the shop after I picked up the car to pay them the $255 we agreed on for the programming. Well, the shop took off the new part and replaced it with the old part, so of course BMW charged an additional $100 or so for the added labor. Even BMW was confused as to why they took off the old part, put on the new part, then took off the new part and put the old damaged one back in. When BMW called the shop to bill them, they were told by the shop to bill me when I got there. Wow, really? Not what I was told would happen by the shop. So now, in order to get my car I have to pay around $350 to BMW. Not what we agreed on, not what I was told. When I talked to the shop, they kept throwing back in my face that they paid for my rental and lost money on my car because of the rental and the cost of the damaged part. Keep in mind they agreed to pay for it! As the owner said "It happened while we had the car so we will take care of it". Apparently that was a partial truth. Very very disappointing considering how well everything was going up until I got this surprise dropped on me. Honest and not all at once. Very disappointed in the outcome dealing with this shop. **UPDATE** Well not long after the shop had BMW bill me after we agreed I would pay an agreed upon amount at the shop there were still electrical issues. Turns out the shop didn't connect the wires properly after removing and then reinstalling the front fender. It cost $1100, basically all labor, for BMW to find the problem and fix it. So now, I've spent a total of $1450 to fix mistakes by this shop. Absolutely terrible. I know there are good reviews, but please use caution with this shady place. read more

Brought in for very minor damage. Car was not done on promised date. Paint looks swirled and hazy in area of repair. Ton of gray overspray left on roof of car. Showed up at the time I was provided to pick up, I was told they needed to wash it still. So I waited about 10 minutes for them to wash it. I was not given a walk around of the work provided, all I got was my keys and a filthy interior. I even had a scratch on the rear door that wasn't there before, so I essentially got damage repaired and different damage inflicted. Also there was paint on chrome trim, which luckily came off with pressure washer. Not much attention to detail here at this shop. Too many body shops out there to settle for this one. read more

My son's car was hit in front of our house by a u-Haul truck. I called Valley Autobody through a simple Google search and I was NOT disappointed. I spoke to Cesar, sent him some photos of the damage and he and the owner came to our home within a few hours to pick up the car. Rarely can I say that I receive the superior level of customer service that I did from Cesar and the owner, Dominic. I couldn't be more grateful for their honestly, fast service, excellent communication. They made us feel like we were the only customers by showing us such respect and care. Heard good things about this place but that wasnt the case with my dream car looking for that dream paint job. Talked to the owner and we agree in the price for the work that needed to be done. Drop the car off and 4 weeks later the owner called and ask me to come in and make a payment. (Car wasnt done yet) I agree and came in in good faith. I was disappointed in the quality of work that was put into my dream car. The door jam was painted but rather than tape up my vin they removed it,rear hatch jam was not painted,engine bay panel was tape off and not painted,radiator support was not paint.(front bumper was off),targa top was not remove for paint.when I remove the top everyone can see the old paint color. Over spray,drip marks,and dry spot.front driver fender stick out and was not aligned to driver door! Disappointed yes indeed,high expectations yes!I paid top dollar for top quality work but got a maco paint job.im very upset and will not be doing any future business with valley auto body. 1 star earn but they deserve less. read more

I decided to hit a pole at a gas station in my brand new Crosstrek. Valley Autobody gave me an estimate that was under HALF of the first estimate from another autobody shop. Still, Chris encouraged me to visit the third autobody shop on my list. Since it was my first time having to get multiple estimates, I took his advice in order to feel more comfortable making a decision. I decided to go with Valley Autobody shop due to Chris' honesty and explanation of parts he would need to repair and replace. He took the time to explain his step-by-step procedure for fixing damaged bumpers. Since the color of my vehicle is rare blue-gray and the paint code was wrong, he perfected the color after having to keep my car over the weekend. It looks PERFECT and he didn't even have to replace my bumper after all while the other autobody shops said they would absolutely have to replace my bumper. Also, he sent me email updates with new developments throughout the week. He definitely goes the extra mile for all clients. As Wayne Campbell would famously say the paint job on my Subaru was Excellent!! I would highly recommend getting your body work done here. I had previously taken my car to shops like Calliber collision and Michele's auto body in Fresno and they quoted me almost double what Chris at Valley Autobody quoted me and gave me a week turnaround time. Chris finished my car in two days and being a car guy I tried to look for flaws in the paint that you usually get when you have to have a part of the car repainted but there were none.
