He said he could do it in June. I called late May to see when in June he would get me in. He said in August. Next day I went to the shop and was told if I hadn't heard anything to the contrary the date was on. On the 16th I got a message saying I wasn't on the schedule. Fool me once, shame on you. I had a small issue with the rear bumper on my Ford Explorer. It had also caused some paint wear on the inside edge of the tailgate. The Ford dealer wasn't much help and told me it probably would cost a couple thousand to fix. Decided to check these guys out. The Manager, Steve, was very helpful and personable. He very quickly pointed out what the issue was and said it was an easy fix. Much better than the dealership. They were booked for a couple weeks (a good sign that they do good work). Steve got me set up with an appointment. They work with Enterprise rental, so the day of my appointment I was able to drop off my vehicle and Enterprise picked me up there and brought me to their location to get the rental paperwork taken care of. Two days later my vehicle was done and I was able to drop off the rental there for Enterprise to pick up. The bumper issue was taken care of and the tailgate was touched up beautifully. They even gave me a small bottle of touch up paint if I needed it in the future for anything. My insurance covered it minus my deductible, but the total was only a fraction of what the dealership said it would cost. If you need ANY body work done on your vehicle, you would be a fool not to check the guys out. Very highly recommended!

I had just gotten my brand new, sparkly black 2024 Chevy Trax 2RS, and now the rear passenger door wouldn't even open. My stomach was in knots--it felt like someone had smashed my soul along with my car. Enter Ken: Collision Magician, Bodywork Wizard, and possibly part car whisperer. Not only did he take on the job with calm, capable hands, but he also sent updates with pictures throughout the process--like a proud parent sharing progress pics from car rehab. And let me tell you, by the time he was done, my car looked showroom perfect again. I don't know how he did it--some combination of wizardry, sorcery, and sheer attention to detail--but the result was stunning. I may have teared up a little. Don't judge me. But here's where it gets real: before the repair, I had taken a 10-hour road trip with my 200lb Neapolitan Mastiff and a new kitten. You can already see where this is going. The kitten came with a litter box. The dog came with chaos. The litter box got flipped. Multiple times. Somehow, someway, litter rained down into car crevices I didn't even know existed. It was like a glitter bomb... but with cat litter. And still, when I got my car back, it was immaculate. Not a crumb of litter. Not a trace of mayhem. It looked (and smelled) like it had never seen a dog, a cat, or a Christmas catastrophe. Ken doesn't just fix cars--he resurrects them. If you're looking for someone meticulous, trustworthy, and who treats your vehicle like it's his own baby, go to KL Auto Collision. Just maybe don't let your pets party in it beforehand.
