It was a double feed. The electrician came back, swore the inspector was wrong. Disabled a 3-way swtich to remedy the problem. I find later that it was in fact a double feed issue as a switch the previously had nothing to do with the problem lighting had been wired in causing the issue. I do think that the Harland brothers are good electricians and earned their repulation. But I wouldn't recommend their employees.

They said all their technicians knew how to service my system. LIES! all of it one big fat lie! 3 different technicians, not a single one of them could figure it out. One kid who looked like he was 12 was here for 5 hours trying to figure out how to get the air out of my system once he flushed it. Had to call in another tech. I was quoted prices for things that I believed I needed, by them and had the work completed by them. I was told due to lots of water main breaks to put in a water filter, did that, $650 dollars later, the housing was empty, EMPTY!!!!! meaning no filter inside the housing, so all the time I thought I was protecting my system and my family, no, just no.... I clearly wasn't. I was flabbergasted when my current independent tech showed me the pictures, not only of the empty housing but all of the sludge and build up in my system.... which supposedly was flushed out by them in April, yes, just 6 months ago. Check out the pictures, you'll see. Find yourself a local guy who's familiar with your system. I am usually on a positive review person; I like to help small mom and pop shops build their businesses. If I don't like a product, I typically take it up with them directly and resolve it. Not today! I am so pissed off that I spent thousands of dollars for a job that was complete crap. Just yesterday he repaired a bathroom sink which required careful, diligent and thorough attention. It's a vintage sink. beautiful and well made. But the design is not well thought out in reference to repairs. The sink body can not be removed from the pedestal which means that you need at least three arms to hold a very heavy item and simultaneously replace old and broken parts. He did this difficult job with grace. And he charged a very modest price for his incredible work. Thank you Hwan and bless you. Any homeowner is fortunate to have your support.

The sliding door in the balcony fell off and it wont even slide or couldn't put it back to the original location, heavily rusted. Tang fixed it and it can now slide without worrying about falling apart. 2. The insulator wall behind bathroom medicine cabinet also fell apart. He placed a new supporting backplate as you can see the picture 3. A small water leak under neath kitchen sink from the garbage disposal was also fixed by him.
