Fabio Dasilva showed up and was very informative and was able to pinpoint the issue. He also was realistic and told us that the heater was way past its life expectancy and we should think about a replacement. Did not force a sale or anything but did give us a quote for a replacement. The next day we decided to call back and just replace the system to avoid going through this again. They came in the next day, replaced the system and took care of all necessary permits. During the job, we discussed that we were also converting to gas and were looking for a tech to complete it. Once again, the tech, Brent, advised that they also perform such tasks. He assessed the distance and the destination inside the house for the gas appliance and agreed on a price for the work in the near future. We called him back shortly thereafter to begin the process. He always provided the receipts for the parts purchased, which was helpful when there was a necessary price increase, still within budget. We could follow the trail of receipts! Brent completed the pipes and advised that we get the city inspectors and gas co to finalize the connection. He was able to pressure test and also installed the new gas stove. Will recommend and will use in the future. Plus, he's very personable and offers practical suggestions during the planning process!

I should have known Service Tech wasn't reliable when they - well Denny, just threw out a nearly $600 flat quote to install one simple bathroom faucet...without ever seeing the job. I asked if he wanted the model number for the faucet. No need for that when he had no intent to follow through. Makes me wonder about all the other positive reviews.
