I just had to come and do a review of Cypress auto brokers. I'd honestly thought buying a new car would be fun!? But after a solid month I was so tired of the high pressure sales, I was seriously thinking of just using transit. But Then I came across Cypress. They're a bit hidden on a one way street past Canadian tire. First off they had a car that I was definitely interested in, but they were super laid back and didn't use any of the usual high pressure sales tactics. I actually went back 3 times before making my decision. Each time Zabi and Aaron were both excellent. Offered me the keys to take out the car each time I went back. They had the car proof reports, a complete inspection already done and the car was clean and detailed. I made the leap about a week ago and couldn't be happier with my choice. I've been enjoying my new ride. I noticed the second set of keys weren't working properly and another little issue with the passenger door not locking. They made me an appt to bring it in on Saturday and have the issue fixed. I couldn't be happier that I chose Cypress to do my business. I love supporting our local businesses and I'd highly recommend that before you make a decision on your next car/truck that you stop by and see them. I was looking for a good used car and found a wonderful dealer in Maple Ridge! I only buy a car about every 10 years so I don't have much practise at negotiating with car dealers and my past experiences buying a car have left me feeling taken advantage of. At Cypress Auto Brokers I was put at ease when I was offered a test drive and told to take my time (they didn't accompany me). The price was excellent and they even allowed me to haggle a bit. When the inspection showed that there were a couple of items that needed taking care of they said it would be corrected, no problem. I am very happy with their service.
