They were not honest. Lucky to give them 1 star. Took my car to get it tuned. They quoted me $300, I Sat in their shop and after it was all done. The guy goes so your bill is$700. What a breath of fresh air the service is at this company! I called in on a Friday to arrange an appointment for brake replacement on my Macan. I got an immediate appointment for the following Monday and within under an hour I received a written quote for my service. Wow. They completed the job to my total satisfaction within four hours and there was no discrepancy on the invoice from the quoted price. These guys use to do great job and were super friendly and honest. Last 3 times ive taken my car to them ive left feeling dispirited and dissatisfied. The Owner (Shane) does a great job and do does the mechanic (Peter). They just hired some dude as their shop manager that has no personal skills, wont listen (keeps talking over you on the phone), and lies. I dropped my car off a week ago to have them fix a bad break job (squeaky breaks) they had done a 5-6 weeks ago + fix a rear oil pan leak they had noted. (last oil changed less than 3000k at this point). Spoke to the shop manager, said "please correct the breaks per discussed previously, fix the seal per quoted and an oil change (which will be required after the seal fix). He calls me back 30min later and says its a $550 job. I ask for 2 min so I can see what other places will quote me, he calls me back 15sec later and says "its too late as they have already drained my oil!" so thats going to be done regardless... WAIT, what!? WTeeeeF! the oil was going to get replaced as an outcome of the job i was getting done! anyways, i asked him about how the engine will be dropped (so i can perhaps add new mounts) and he flips out on me on the phone and then tells me he will NOT do the job, hes going to do the oil change and for me to pickup my car after lunch! WOW, this is STUPID! this dude should be fired!!! Other issues (they installed a FMIC with a cor that was too big, bumper does not fit back on properly! they recommended the FMIC brand and said they can save me $50! "Great!!! but not if its going to break things")... next time, pay $200 more and get a real brand! NEVER taking my car back as long as their shop manager (Miles?) is there, not even to have their work fixed for free!!! I will pay another place to fix it read more

These guys are great. I've been taking my Mercedes E550 there for a couple of years and they are always super friendly, efficient, and cheaper than the dealership. They also have loaner cars available. They seem to all drive German cars too. read more

I've got a 2001 996 Carrera which needed some overdue TLC and a new clutch. Since I wanted a slightly more robust torque rating than OEM, I bought a SPEC stage 2 clutch to have installed. It turns out this non-OEM part necessitated getting a new flywheel - which I didn't plan for. However, Miles let me know right away and gave me all the options, including saving money by just using an OEM clutch with the existing flywheel. I went ahead anyway, but I really appreciated the full stop as soon as something came up along with lots of good advice. It's been over a month and a bit and everything's running like a top, would definitely recommend these guys! read more

Just purchased an A4 and Audi did an inspection on it and quoted me big $$$$. The guys at Blitzkrieg took care of it for much less and were far more honest with me. Much better than my Audi dealer and these guys definitely know what they are talking about especially with high end mods. They were more than happy to sit and chat about future upgrades and even sourced out parts and gave me various estimates. Will be a regular here. read more

Came to Blitzkrieg with a test: a simple 75K tune up on an old VW. A close friend highly recommended them. I was drastically upsold with $3K worth of urgent improvements. I allowed $800 worth of work to be done. First of all, they were late. Second of all, they did a shoddy job. Thirdly, they blamed their poor performance on "aftermarket, cheap parts." I bought this car second hand. The carfax details that all the repairs were done by VW dealers, prior to my buying the car. So I have to assume that BA's remarks were an excuse, not reality. Very upset with this experience. This was not fancy, not rocket science, but there is no way that they will get to work on any of my vehicles. I took the car to two other shops in town -a VW dealership on Main and a general mechanic. Both second opinions said that there was nothing wrong with the car. So I'm upset that I spent money with them at all. Overall, negative stars. read more

I had brought my 05 911 C2 in for servicing and had the dreaded Ims update. Very personable service and informed me of all recommended repairs and were very pro-active in determining any future service that may be needed along with performance upgrades that are available. Unfortunately i blew the budget this go around but judging by the amount of quality cars and work that was done, i will be returning for service on my other vehicles. read more
