Both of my floors were installed within ~6 hours each time (~150sqft each). I can't recommend Nam enough if you're looking for a hardwood flooring install in the greater Boston area.

I won't get into the nitty gritty but this guy lied about what our pricing included then told us at the end the price wasn't for the backsplash in our kitchen as well and he wanted additional money for it (new construction build). He didn't finish the job, we were left with the inner lip of our shower having no seal above the tile. The gap was big enough I could fit my fingers into it. Then he asked the painter to do caulk the lines by the ceiling which was his job. 4 months after we move in, our tile is cracked. Gee wonder why, would have nothing to do with the gaping hole you left in the seal, would it?

We looked at many types of tile but found some very nice Italian "Tuscan Paprika" 13x13" for $1.99 sf. / $37.61 case which is a great deal. We also got matching grout and the cement. Tim, the customer service guy there was very helpful and answered my many questions. We got a great deal. At least I think so. We compared prices at Homo Depot and the new Haverhill Lowes and the tile was so expensive I nearly had a stroke looking at the prices. Now the next stage: The self installation! HELP!

I was told flooring was very durable, so since it looked different than store sample, I poured red wine on a scrap piece. The red wine stained, and Drew kept telling me it was the same flooring and he was sure I would be happy with it even though I proved that was not true with the red wine. I felt like he was selling me a bag of crap and telling me it was chocolate. Their crew left my house in a shambles during demolition phase. We literally could not walk in our kitchen because of debris stacked a few inches high. I was told they assumed we weren't going to live in our house while they were there.
