The lady I spoke to advised me to go to Home Depot with my measurements and get something there. I explained that I was looking for something that was custom made to fit the dimensions and not look like an "after market" product and she sounded beyond confused. Any business that wants to send you to Home Depot when they can make money in their own field is one I will stay clear of.

I couldn't recommend NOT using cabinet outlet enough. The cabinets are cheap cheap cheap (not…read moreinexpensive -- just cheap), and it's not like we got the basic model of anything. Beside some annoyances after sale (things we got like inserts were all of a sudden discontinued, etc.), not that long after we began using our kitchen, the cabinet doors were getting loose and falling off the hinges because the provided screws were so short, which we had someone replace with longer screws. The paint or whatever is on the outside of the cabinet is chipping severely in many places with general use revealing the wood underneath, and has been since a few months after getting the cabinets. And the faucet we got from cabinet outlet stopped working about a year into having the kitchen (it had a switch back and forth between sprayer and stream, and now, regardless of which way the switch is, it's both a spray and stream at the same time). We're a normal family that isn't very rough with our things. We've never had this issue in other houses. Just this morning I was making coffee and had the realization that we're going to have to pour more money into the kitchen to repair these things.

They then would not take accountability, saying it's my fault that one window is beige? Who orders all white windows and one beige? They order said all white. They also indicated it was my fault the transoms didn't fit because I signed off on the measurements? I thought they were the experts and trusted them to measure appropriately. They would not take back any of it and would not refund my money. I had to order new transoms from Pelham lumber who were great. They measures correctly and ordered all same color. Any one need two transoms and a beige window?

We thought that these cabinets would look good for a long time but instead they show deterioration in less than 3 years.
