The carpenter and countertop installers gave us the same superb treatment as the American Cabinet staff. They all worked together seamlessly. Our kitchen designer Stacy was efficient, creative and responsive. Her attention to detail was remarkable! We thought that these cabinets would look good for a long time but instead they show deterioration in less than 3 years. Although we are meticulous and careful there are now numerous cracks, scratches and peeling on some of the cabinets. I would not use this cabinet company ever again!

The product arrived damaged in a location that, according to Cambria themselves, could not have been caused by the customer. It was clearly damaged during installation. Despite this, after months of back and forth communication, StoneOne has refused to take accountability or help resolve the issue. We've had to deal directly with Cambria to address the problem. It's been stressful, time-consuming, and entirely avoidable had they handled things professionally. Beware--our experience reflects a serious lack of customer care and responsibility.
