This was our first time here, and the customer service seemed helpful and like they were willing to do things even though it wasn't on the menu. I like to get smoothies with a boba, and the front employee said that she would make them blended and added boba to them, both of which were upchargers. Although the shop was really cute, I feel like I have gotten better boba and better smoothies from other places. It would be a good place to bring kids, though.

She was clearly doing the best she could. The drive-thru line was long, the inside wait was long, and despite all of it, she remained professional and patient with everyone. Other customers were asking why the owner didn't come help, send additional staff, or simply close if they knew only one employee would be working. She mentioned that she had informed her boss, but nothing was done. This review is not a reflection of the employee -- she handled a stressful situation very well. It's a reflection of poor management and staffing decisions. Unfortunately, I won't be visiting this location again.

Got there around 12:10 and there were only a few people in line at that time. Maybe 30 so I figured that was a good sign thinking maybe the line was going quickly since we're literally just mixing up some drinks. 2 HOURS LATER...we got our turn and finally got inside in air conditioning. Hallelujah! They graciously had a balloon artist there giving out custom balloon art to the kiddos and adults if you asked. Looks like they did at one point have cold waters in a cooler but they were gone by the time we reached the front area. Got to order our free drink and the catch was it had to be a signature drink which limits the options tremendously but you don't realize that until you are told...looking back at the coupon, it does say that but the kind gentleman at the register helped us figure out a way to order our baby a strawberry fruit drink. Although it was super busy, the service and owners are super friendly. We will definitely have to come back to check them out when it's calmer. The brown sugar milk drink was great with half ice and no tea. Strawberry and cookies and cream were a little on the watery side. Cookies and cream definitely should be more on the creamier side so I'm not sure if perhaps because it was chaotic that it was not made right. Again, we'll definitely come back to try again.

I think it must be a part of their weekend first opening. When I walked in, I noticed that it was colorful and commercial looking. The cashier was having trouble taking my order and asking the manager all of the questions. I assumed he was just in training. The menu was so overwhelming that it didn't seem like anything I've been used to in terms of Boba tea shops. The staff had no idea what I was ordering, which became a red flag for me. I noticed as they mixed it, it looked like they had no idea what they were doing in terms of making this drink. I began to realize that someone is possibly capitalizing off of the culture. This shop is very commercial and doesn't really capture what a good Boba drink should taste like. I've been chewing on the jelly for longer than necessary, and I've wondered if this was Remotely close to the same jelly that they use. The team lead/manager was sweaty and looking overwhelmed. I realized the AC wasn't blowing away. It should and that he was hot, possibly the only person who knows how to run the place. As I left, the owner (I presume), tried to greet me at the door with pleasantries. But it all just felt fake.
