The smoothie bowl was calling my name. I was a little under the weather and wanted something soothing but light. I ordered in advance on the app and used points to save a few coins. The team was making my order as I pulled up. I ordered on the app and timed it too late, so it wasn't ready - my fault. I WAS NEVER SERVED AND NEVER REFUNDED I placed an online order here and I showed up at 9:57pm (they close at 10:30pm) at the drive through to no response. I drive to the window to tell them I'm here to pick it up. This is when a man opens the window and I hear a lady in the back say "again, I said shut it already" and he proceeds to tell us he never got our order cause their system is down. I told him my order thinking he would proceed to make it, he then tells me to contact support and shuts the window and walks away!!!? Me wanting a better solutions and understanding I enter the store. They then tell me to contact support and I ask for the number to support and THEY DIDNT HAVE IT. So I say " you don't have your own support number." A quite rude lady tells me "to look it up", the man then shows me how to get to support through the app. Before leaving I wanted to understand why they had already closed the store and cleaned up when they didn't close for another 30 mins and online orders had been place. She tells me she needs the printer to print the order so she can know how to make it. I asked "so if I show you what I got on my receipt that I paid for already you can't make it." She tells me no she can't!!! So I'm upset because I drove to this location because they were opened late and came 30 mins prior to closing and was not served nor given my money back. Support was no immediate help!!! I called later because I never got their names - the girl picked up & would NOT tell me hers but she snitched on you Jacob! I would recommend not coming here and if you do DONT ORDER ONLINE!!! There is NO guarantee they will make it even if you paid for it - WHICH IS CALLED A SCAM! Update - 10/21 REFUND RECEIVED The following day, I called the store and was able to speak to the general manager. She was beyond helpful & offered my refund. I've got the same thing here 4 times in a row now. And 2 times it's been delicious- made by who I assume is the manager. The other 2 times it's been disgusting. Flavors not right, over blended, warm, mush. And slopped all over the sides of the cup. So if you go here, and the one very specific guy makes it... it will be great. But good luck if one of the smooth-ie brains make it. I'll gladly change this to a 4 or 5 star once I start to see some consistency. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. I have never experienced such horrible customer service from a smoothie king location. When I arrived to pick up my order I placed online I was told that the store had no water. So I asked how to get my order refunded. They had ZERO idea to do that. Employee just kept saying they had no water and that i needed to figure out how to get my refund. I called in to the store to speak with manager and was told by the on-shift team lead I needed to contact Smoothi King corporate Which I have since learned that isn't the case. I pulled up to the Smoothie King drive thru today at 8:50pm and they didn't answer so I drove to the front. I tried to walk in and they have the lights off and door locked. Then told me to go through the drive thru. As I'm ordering, they say "is that it" after each drink. Then when I pull up, the lady comes to the window and says "ma'am we close at 9. Can you not come 10 minutes until close? That's our cleaning time". I reallllyyy wanted to tell her about herself and how rude and unprofessional they are, but I'm depending on them to make my drinks, so I kept my mouth shut. The drive thru always take forever. A time whenever I went inside I noticed the staff is only working with THREE blenders. SMH so that explains them drowning just to make a couple of smoothies. It took over 15 minutes for them to serve the three cars in front of me in the drive through. Since there were cars behind me, I didn't take a sip of my smoothie until I had pulled forward into the parking lot. When I did - it was the most disgusting, tasteless smoothie I had ever tasted. Today I waited at the speaker TEN minutes before my order was taken, no apology for it mention of the wait. As I had waited 10 minutes behind the car in front of me (1 of only 2), he experienced the same. After placing my order and waiting an additional 10 minutes behind the car at the window, I drove off.
