They want you to scan the QR code posted along the drive-through walls and review the menu before you pull up to the window. I love that the menu has pictures and descriptions. Their menu has an impressive variety of shaved ice flavors, specialty creations, and add-ons, so there's something for everyone no matter what you're craving. The customer service is always excellent. The staff is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
