Good service, and excellent location. My ex husband passed away 3 years ago, and it was his will.

Worked with Maureen, representing the cemetery, today. Positive, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

I sent Pacific Coast Memorials a couple of emails (one the day after we received the grave marker and the second email over 1 week after I hadn't heard back from them). Now, Pacific Coast Memorials insists that IT IS the color I ordered but as everyone can see - it isn't. Pacific Coast Memorials has NEVER offered to replace it even though they have a written policy that reads, "WE WILL CORRECT OUR ERRORS AT NO COST TO YOU..." They've been fighting with me since JANUARY 2025 and will not refund my money. They have told me that the only way they will refund my money is if the product is returned back to them at MY EXPENSE. Does the color of the grave marker I received look like the Lk. Superior Green on their site? ****On May 5, 2025 - Paul responded to my original message and here is my reply to his response: -NOT TRUE PAUL. You have not ONCE called or emailed me to let me know you want to resolve this issue. -If the invoice you sent was the Lk. Superior Green color that I ordered then why is the stone I received a different color? Look at the pictures. Come by in person and take a look for yourself. Come to the cemetery and prove it's the same color. -I asked your company many times if I would receive the Green stone as all the samples you sent me were on a grayish/blue/black color stone (similar to the one I received) but YOU assured me that I would receive the color I ordered. I trusted you and here we are, with the WRONG COLOR. -When the stone was delivered to the CEMETERY (because why would I want it delivered to me?), of course they installed it. You knew that's what the cemetery would do. You knew it would be impossible for me to send it back once it had been installed. But it doesn't change the fact that IT IS NOT the LK. SUPERIOR GREEN I ordered, and that YOU MADE AN ERROR and DON'T WANT TO MAKE GOOD on your part. -And that's just it, it was YOUR ERROR and according to your policy, YOU need to fix YOUR ERROR at YOUR expense. It wasn't my fault I received the wrong color from you. -You want to do good, FIX IT. Replace it with the REAL Lk. Superior Green or just refund me my money back plus the cost for hiring an outside vendor.

The "pros" for this cemetery is the location. It's away from highways and for the most part it…read morelooks peaceful. I had to wait a couple months to write about the "Cons" for the staff. Recently this year, my son has passed away. When the time came, to lower his casket, the young man in charge DROPPED him in the hole. My family and friends were shocked. No words can explain how my wife and I felt. At a time of grief, the anger in my heart was unbearable. A few weeks later when I was visiting my son, another funeral event was in progress. During that time, the workers was mowing the lawn in that very section not giving a shit, constantly passing by, left and right like it's no ones business. The boldness of the staff here are careless, full of contempt, and clearly inexperienced. And during that whole time, the young man in charge (the one that dropped my son) was standing there watching the whole thing just waiting to get it over with. For the family and those who are resting here, I hope God finds a way to resolve this issue.

Don't ask me why, but I love old things, buildings, clothing... and cemeteries. Cemeteries are…read moreliterally, the most peaceful place I can think of. This cemetery houses the remains of some of the first settlers of the town of Snohomish. It is a sister cemetery to the GAR Cemetery in Seattle. Established in 1889, there are 200 Union soldiers buried here. The "newer" side of the cemetery is very well maintained. The older part of the cemetery has fallen into disrepair. There are overturned and uprooted gravestones and vegetation overgrowth. The huge monument that stands in the middle of the cemetery is intricately carved, down to the hollow eyes that stare you down. A few of the locals say that when you drive or walk by the cemetery, the eyes follow you... Not scary at all looking at them up close. Also, check out my pics to see the hugest freakin monkey tree I have ever seen! must be some damn good fertilizer...
