What a great experience upgrading our kitchen countertops to granite with Asso Stone!…read more Aurelia was GREAT in helping us from start to finish! The service we received was top notch. Very friendly, helpful, and professional business. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience! Even after the job was done and the final bill was paid, we found something that needed to be fixed in a small corner of the countertops. I called Aurelia about it, sent her a picture, and she had someone out at our house THE SAME DAY and they got it fixed! We are 100% satisfied with how it looks, and we couldn't be happier with how everything was handled! If you're looking to upgrade your kitchen, definitely give them a call. You will be pleased with the price and the quality! Thanks again Asso Stone and Aurelia!

Take your business elsewhere. This company does not conduct business in a respectful or…read moreprofessional matter. Had multiple issues because of the lack of communication and not following back with any issues that came up, as well no sense of urgency to fix an issue that their employees had created. After the project got completed I got an apathetic apology from the owner over the phone instead of in person as he did know that I would be stopping by. Running a business is about building strong relationships with the members of that community with integrity. Save yourself the headache and frustration.

Shower Doors of Charlotte is a top-notch company to work with. Everyone is very detail-oriented. I…read morewas impressed by the array of glass, shower-design and hardware options. Jane, Chrissy, and Bethany in the office have been very helpful answering all of my questions. Daniel was the initial assessor who measured and explained the process, and Derek, who removed my 30-yr. old shower surround, and installed my new gorgeous frameless shower surround, is definitely an engineer- he understands force, dynamics, and physics to ensure the ideal install. He was also very respectful of the fact that I had just had my floor tiles redone, as well as the shower tiles and shower pan, and ensured before he left that everything was back to the way he found it. Before leaving, Derek also provided me with very helpful cleaning and care tips. There are many different methods/products on the market, and it can become confusing. I can relax now, knowing exactly what to do. I researched a lot before choosing this company. It delivered exactly the results as cited by their other customers. Thank you!!!

My husband did a review but I just had to write about our experience. The owner and his wife were…read moreso kind. Made us feel comfortable the minute we walked in. We were going with a big box store originally and honestly, their kind nature and how helpful they were from the very moment we walked in sold me! Then I was pleasantly surprised that the price was almost the same but the quality was so much better! Adam who helped us with measurements, I can't say enough about him. He helped us with our entire kitchen remodel from start to finish. He is very approachable, funny, knows his stuff! He has so much experience, and made us feel like we had someone who cared about our project and we wouldn't be left hanging if we had any issues. That was a scary thought with the big box stores. Remodeling is stressful but he was with us during the entire process and I can't thank the group enough! Kudos to get customer service. It is hard to find these days!!! Amy in RH!

We were on the hunt for some new patio furniture and Kasbys was on our list to visit…read more We actually found a piece of furniture that we loved, but unfortunately we did not end up supporting Kasbys. Just a couple things of note: 1. When we visited the store, I asked for a quote on the piece we loved. It was clear the associate was questioning how to enter in this piece as it was new for this year, mostly questioning what seat padding goes with it. Of note, to give me the quote she asked for my phone number, and actually stated it was just used for the quote but they would not be calling. 2. I called back as I wanted a different fabric that was quoted, and the person who answered the phone noticed the seating was inputted incorrectly. Luckily he was knowledgeable and corrected it. Who knows what would have happened if I went through my original order. 3. Kasbys advertises on social media lowest price guaranteed. I actually inquired about this as I found the same exact piece at 20% less with another small business. They came down slightly, but still not enough to support Kasbys. 4. After my inquiry on pricing, I ironically received a couple followup calls for my interest on ordering the piece. While we ended up buying the piece from another business, which is now bringing us much joy, I point out my review as Kasbys could have earned our business with some improvements.
