Parenting is not always the easiest but, I have a few tricks up my sleeve and horseback riding is always a good one! My daughter and I had a blast. The horses were all gentle and, obviously well cared for. Our trail leader was so friendly and knowledgeable. I can't wait for our next ride!

If a peaceful, easy horseback ride along a scenic, serene trail sounds good to yo, then this is the place to be and the way to go. Located in Pinellas Park, Cypress Breeze Farm offers riders of all levels of experience a chance to spend time with some very well behaved horses to explore a very well maintained equestrian path that winds alongside residential neighborhoods and nearby stables. The rides originate at Cypress Breeze and the start of the designated path followed runs right alongside the property. Easy, convenient and you will immediately be immersed in the trail's beauty. An elevated platform lets you mount your steed with ease and bags that drape across the saddle provide a safe place for personal belongings as you handle the reins with both hands. Signs along the route serve as a reminder that walking only is allowed. That means you can sit back, enjoy the scenery and relish the relative quiet that is only occasionally disrupted by the sound of a grounds maintenance crew or a passing siren. Most of the path is hard packed dirt and there is abundant shade along the way. The route takes riders out and around rather than out and back and can easily last at least an hour. The horses are all rescues which means they may have been put to work on farms, may not have had the proper food and care they needed or may have had owners who could no longer look after them. The exercise afforded by the equestrian trail seems well within their capabilities and the leisurely place is probably to their liking as well. My horse did attempt to sneak in some between meal snacks whenever the lush foliage lining the path proved to be too tempting but I was told to discourage that so did my best to steer clear of those areas. This is an ideal outing that showcases some of Florida's natural beauty and wildlife. It is easy to stay safely distanced from others while seated on horseback and rides can be booked for small groups, including those with children six and older. It had been decades since I was last on a horse but with the help of the staff, and the kindly nature of my horse, I was quickly at ease and altogether comfortable.

Beautiful horse, well behaved, nice trail. I would definitely recommend.

Great trail ride, gorgeous, calm horse. Beautiful trail. Very pleased. I would highly recommend.

We were in town for vacation and wanted to do something different. We are so happy we found Cypress Breeze. Neither my husband nor I have any real riding experience, but this was great for beginners. We rode Apache and Stanley and they were very calm and steady. Our guide Brittany was awesome as well. You might be confused when you first arrive as this looks like a standard residential neighborhood. However, there is an amazing park nearby with great trails. It was mostly shady and the terrain wasn't difficult at all. The horses are obviously well loved and taken care of. We had a great time and will definitely return next time we are here!

This is a surprising equine area in the middle of a suburban setting. There is a large public equine area. The horses were all very well behaved. Most are rescue or former working horses. It was a relaxing ride. Appropriate for beginners. Our guides were knowledgeable and friendly.

My wife and I went to for a wonderful trail early in the morning. It was so peaceful and quiet. Our guide, Jules, made sure that we felt comfortable on our two beautiful horses. She had a great chat with our guide throughout the trail as we enjoyed bonding with the horses and taking in the nature that our trail had to offer. Afterwards, we were able to feed our horses, which was also nice. Only my wife's horse did not want to eat his treat, lol! We would highly recommend and come back the next time we are in the Tampa area!

This was a great experience, the horses had different personalities which was interesting to experience and learn. The guider was pleasant and very informative. My male horse Patchy was greedy and took opportunities to stop and eat trees and bushes. I love to eat so I wasn't mad at him. my son's female horse Valentine was moody and mean... typical of a cranky female. My daughter's male horse Hercules was hugeeee but yet beautiful and kind. We already making plans to return with others and my Facebook friends who seen my pictures can't wait to go. The ride surprisingly was peaceful and tranquil. I really enjoyed it. The beautiful tiny social kittens running around was a nice bonus as well.

    On the trail.

While it presented fewer picturesque photo opportunities, the immense activities scattered throughout the property are enough to keep kiddos of almost every age busy. And there are some fun activities for adults to partake in, especially the ball throwing (tennis balls, footballs, and basketballs) and the pedal carts, which are too heavy for most kids to pedal. My son (and his bestie) loved the big slide (they went down it 20+ times), giant bounce pillow, and duck races. The petting zoo is an awesome option for animal lovers, and the hay ride (while we didn't do it) had quite a long line. They have a tricky corn maze, Tug of War for those willing, swings, and a lot of small side games for people to check out while wandering the farm. There are plenty of food options including an adorable Silo bar in the center, pouring brews and other drinks. One of the trucks was cash only, so we didn't order from them, but the other vendors were set up with Square or other payment methods. Tickets for entry to their Fall event were about $18 per person (3 years+ require a ticket) and it included parking. I will definitely bring my kiddo back next year as this was a nice change of scenery from Sweet Fields (which we did two years in a row).

The farm itself is huge, we plan to go back for their day time activities, as the fright night tickets are a separate event - there's a lot to do, a playground area with a slide and swings, some carnival-type games, a bounce area, pumpkin patch/barn to pick some pumpkins, a Silo styled bar that's pretty awesome looking, a corn maze, tons of photo ops, and there's food on site as well. We went at night, so the heat wasn't a factor for us - it was actually beautiful weather. There weren't any signs telling us where to go from the entrance for the fright night stuff, so we sort of just wandered the farm until we found it. The paths are sandy, so there's a lot of dust kicked up with everyone walking around - you will go home with dust coating your nostrils and all inside your shoes. The fright night stuff was towards the back of the farm, there's a haunted house and a few haunted attractions that were pretty awesome. I didn't expect there to be so much to do, but the different haunted attractions were a blast for us and our kiddo. They really went above and beyond with the spooky decor. All of the staff we encountered were extremely nice and helpful. We'd come back for the fright night for sure, and can't wait to check them out for their regular hours.

Which I assume treehouse farm would be the partner farm. On instagram we saw beautiful farmland and huge yurt like tents as cabanas with the layouts described on the website. The website not having any photos should've been the first red flag. After making an over 2 hour drive from Orlando we are greeted by someone who had clearly already had a long day, asking us to sign waivers. We ask when the pizza will be served because we are incredibly hungry and it was going to be a hot day. They tell us after 1pm because the pizza comes from this amazing pizza place. We are told where the bathroom is and then led to our cabana. What a HUGE disappointment. It's a tailgating canopy with 8 seats and 2 blow up chairs even though it's advertised to sit 12. We were expecting an enclosed private space but we were just in a line of 5 other canopies the exact same size and decor. The only difference was the number of seats. We got to feed baby cows and they took Polaroids of the experience. That was pretty cool. We then got to feed animals and hold baby goats. That was awesome. Around 1:20pm the super Awsome pizza arrived. 2 dominos pizzas. Was this a joke? Dominos??? The pizza was cold and one of them tasted off. 5 minutes after we got the pizza we were asked if everything was okay and I said no, it's cold and it's dominos. The attendant stated that they got dominos because WE said we were hungry. And that they knew for a fact the pizza was hot because it was so hot on their arms. I was taken aback at the rudeness. The attendants then went to a different party cabana and spent most of their time there drinking alcohol with those guests and ignoring us. No one even wished me a happy birthday. What was supposed to be a full 11-5 day, we left at 2:30 it was so bad. I really hope Cowabunga refunds my mom her money. At least half if not more. DO NOT TRAVEL FAR FOR THIS "EXPERIENCE". After a proper introduction to all of the animals in the petting zoo, we loaded onto a tractor driven by an infant and a farm dog and were taken farther onto the property and there they were! There were at least a dozen Highlands ready for eating! We were given buckets with pellets and the feeding began! Feeding the cows was absolutely hilarious. The tour begins with brief introductions while attendees feed the farm's chickens. Next, the tour enters a fenced in enclosure and guests form a circle. The juvenile alpacas are familiar with these procedures and eagerly approach and eat from the palms of your hands. Another worthwhile moment is having visitors being introduced to an adult llama. With its standout cinnamon rolls, homemade jellies, and the option to pop in for a quick treat during the day, Wingspread Farm earns a solid five stars. The baked goods are the heart of the menu, crafted from scratch with natural ingredients and no preservatives. The cinnamon rolls are legendary, rich Danish pastry swirled with sweet cinnamon filling and topped with a creamy glaze that melts in your mouth, available fresh on Saturdays. Pecan sticky buns ooze with gooey caramel and crunchy nuts, while the rotating selection of cookies in flavors like chocolate chip or unique specialties keeps things exciting. The artisan bread lineup shines with French baguettes that are crusty outside and soft inside, plus Hungarian soft milk bread that's perfect for toasting. Farm-fresh eggs from uncaged chickens add a protein-packed touch, and the seasonal produce, like mangoes, guavas, limes, and avocados from on-site trees, brings the garden to your plate.
