However, our experience was disappointing due to inconsistent information and lack of clarity. The website stated the morning of our visit that flower picking was no longer available, which was one of the main reasons we chose to come. Additionally, there was confusion around the BOGO promotion. Members of our group who arrived about 30 minutes earlier were able to purchase and use the deal, but when we arrived, we were told it was only valid on Friday. This was frustrating, as it didn't align with what others in our party experienced that same day, and resulted in us paying more for the same entry. We understand that policies and availability can change, but clearer communication and consistency would make a big difference. With multiple paid options throughout the farm, honoring the promotion or offering some flexibility would have been a good gesture. Overall, it's a nice place with a lot to offer, but the inconsistencies took away from what could have been a great experience

We pretty much got lost going through all the aisles of blueberry plants. We picked and tasted and put them in our bucket provided. It was $6 for a pound. I picked just over 1.25 pounds and that was $7. My friend picked almost 5 pounds which is the whole bucket. In the back of the property is a nice pond view with a gazebo and a swing. If it's hot, there are places to sit, drink water, & catch some shade. There's a bunch of parking when we went. That was during the week. They also sell blueberry honey and blueberry jam for $11 and blueberry plants This is a great seasonal activity for the whole family. So far I've made blueberry lemonade and blueberry scones. Little up there in pricing for what it had but really not bad compared to others. most exciting parts was the open pen with some chickens and goats roaming around. They have playground equipment, a barn areas for a small classroom, and picnic areas for eating. animals are super friendly and well cared for. Staff is very responsible and friendly. Safety is the first concern so proper shoes and behavior are strictly enforced. Heidi would recommend for any birthday party or field trip.

What an amazing little gem of a place. It's the kind of roadside attraction reminiscent of old Florida, but that history hasn't managed to forget. Thank goodness! This is a great attraction for the whole family. Lots of animals, play areas for the kids, and a ride around the farm in a monster truck/bus to view old citrus groves and search for Bigfoot. For me, the best part was the opportunity to interact with Lemurs and Capybaras. This was the best part of visit! Don't pay those absurd prices for those 'Capybara Cafes' popping up where $100 get you coffee in a room with them. Here, for a fraction of the cost, you get up close contact and interaction. The animal interactions fill up quickly, so get there early.

I really loved this place and walking around the path seeing bright colored zinnias and sunflowers…read more At first I was like, oh these are not the 10 foot gigantic sunflowers that I have seen elsewhere. But after walking through, I thought it was nice just feeling like you are in a field of wildflowers just being super carefree. There were a few vendors, and they sold snacks like kettle corn, drinks, etc. They had games like badminton, the bean bags, rubber ducky water races, and swings. They also have a hay ride. There was sun and shade. We brought out umbrellas for added shade through the flower fields. This was a super fun experience! I'll be back in the fall for their corn maze! I can't wait! If you're a Highland Cow lover, it's a must! When else are you going to get up close, and the cow…read moretongues get a little too up close, and personal with you?! It all started when we checked in and got our first cup of feed for the day. A short stroll over to their petting zoo led us straight to the donkeys, goats, and some of their youngest Highlands. We strolled around their petting zoo while we wait for our tour to start. After a proper introduction to all of the animals in the petting zoo, we loaded onto a tractor driven by an infant and a farm dog and were taken farther onto the property and there they were! There were at least a dozen Highlands ready for eating! We were given buckets with pellets and the feeding began! Feeding the cows was absolutely hilarious. Loved to see all their wildly different personalities. Some a gentle as a butterfly, some charging at you like a bull after a red flag! We loaded back up on the tractor (yes, the baby was still driving) and headed back to the front where, thankfully, there was a handwashing station. What a fun and funny experience on this close knit family farm!

Mooooooooo it to plant city and visit this adorable Scottish Hylander cow farm. I am so happy I got…read morea chance to visit with my mom and little one while traveling towards Tampa. About an hour and 15minute drive from orlando , this cute family owned and operated farm is fun for a few hours. The country roads are so peaceful and there are plenty of parking spaces. The owners live on the property and are so nice. We got to play with their 2 little ones ( one a new born ) and they are so knowledgeable. There are wash stations and Porta potties on site so it's easy for parents with kids. They don't serve food but do have cold water and lemonade for sale and you can purchase cute little souvenirs as well. They have chickens, goats, alpacas, several Hyland cows and a beautiful horse on property. We stayed for about 2 hours as there is much else to do after feeding the animals and taking photos. They are not open year round so you have to catch them on Instagram when tickets go on sale. I purchased mine back in August !! Go get your Hyland cow on and enjoy the fall weather in plant city, don't forget there are a lot of cool farms and places to eat local as well.
