Please do your research before you or a loved one admits to this location. Treatment was not personalized like it was advertised to be on the website so there was a lot of generalization happening. Which ended up making treatment difficult for individuals differing behaviors. The patients were honestly the most helpful/supportive part about my experience there.

Turns out one of the side effects is rapid weight gain. That's how they get their results? From utilizing medication that isn't appropriate for the patient!!!!! Very self serving. Got my daughter out the very next day. Months later I received a bill for 12 DOSES of various medications they say they gave her during her 27 hours there. She said she remembers taking two doses of medicines so I can't decide what is worse the fact that they are indicating that they gave her 12 doses of medicine during those 27 hours or the fact that they're billing me for medicine that they didn't give her? There is something very wrong about this whole thing, and I would like to dive further into it.

I inquired about seeking services from this company, specifically Dr. Sophia Caudle. Dr. Caudle…read morerecommended that we first meet via Zoom to "see if we were a good fit". Prior to the meeting, she asked that I fill out several pages of paperwork, one of which included my credit card information. I did so, but told her that I wanted to know up front if any charges would be placed on the card. At the end of our Zoom meeting, Dr. Caudle informed me that she didn't accept my (BCBS) or any other insurance and that she would be charging $300 to my credit card for the Zoom meeting. After I expressed concern about being charged $300 for what she described as an informal meeting prior to beginning any treatment services, she sent me a series of belligerent emails where she claimed that "her time was worth it" and that the cost for this meeting was "in the paperwork that I signed". Neither of these things were true and her unprofessional behavior makes me wonder about how she could possibly be effective as a therapist if she is unable to be honest with her clients. She advertises online that she has offices in Wilmington, but after speaking with her she admitted that even that was not true. I would recommend that anyone seeking the services of this doctor seek care elsewhere as she is completely deceptive in her practices. I am also filing a state board complaint against her over this incident.
