The front office staff was very sweet and helpful. I only waited maybe 10 minutes to be taken in the back by a very kind nurse. And, only waited about another 5-10 minutes before Dr. Caulfield actually came into examine me. She was very thorough, asked lots of questions, talked about my options, and explained why she was choosing to take a certain course of action. She has a very friendly personality and is extremely knowledgeable. I felt like I was in great hands and really couldn't have been more pleased with a doctor's visit. I don't have any kids, but if I did, I would absolutely be taking them to Dr. Caulfield and staff. They are a great practice and I am grateful to have found them!

I call insurance who says, "If your doctor is in network, they are responsible." I told them the doctor told me to call but the insurance company couldn't look up without procedure codes. Also I made an appointment for a simple blood draw, got there a bit early, and after waiting 30 minutes, I found out the one and only phlebotomist was on lunch break until 20 minutes AFTER my appointment was scheduled! Why would the staff make an appointment during the time that the person isn't even available to see me?! The portal system is not helpful either. There's no way to directly message your provider - your message goes to the generic health team, which delays getting your medical needs met. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
