I haven't been to OTF in over 3 years and have never been to this studio, but they refused to allow me a free intro class to the studio even though their website allowed me to sign up for it. They could have communicated this to me before I showed up. Also they would have charged me a cancellation fee if I decided not to take the $30 drop in class that I thought was going to be a free intro to the studio. Definitely won't be joining now! Do better if you want customer retention

The classes are fun, fast paced and intense...and at the end of each session you'll feel accomplished! Growing up, playing a sport that required a lot of jumping around...my joints (knees and ankles) aren't what they use to be. I don't feel any pain while on the RealRyders or IndoRowers, which I usually would when I'm working out on my own or taking any other group fitness class. When you're working out at an environment with fun, positive people...and trainers who are passionate in what they do - that tedious task that you constantly dread will become an enjoyable routine that you look forward to. I am always greeted with smiles and encouragement and there are so many classes and fitness props to choose from that you can never get bored with the same routine, there are a plentitude of options everyday to keep everyone motivated and to help all of us to reach our goals! I say "us" rather than "me" because Pulse Gym is a team of members working together towards the same goal, to become the best that we can be while encouraging each other along the way to ultimate fitness! "Uniqueness" because this gym is very special due to the many services offered outside of fitness. I can workout, relax with a sauna, take a shower followed by a cup of tea or coffee then go to the hair/makeup salon and if needed, get a spray tan. Once finished with all the options available I can then change into a pretty dress and Ta-Dah! I'm all ready to return to work or to go out on the town for the evening :) Oh, and if you have children the child care gym is off the chart in being AWESOME! The owners are on the cutting edge of the industry in knowing how to combine the perfect place to get it all done with professionalism and class all without stress :) "Cleanliness" is the most important factor to me in choosing a gym and Pulse Gym and Studios surpasses all my expectations! Every single day that I arrive at the Pulse Gym or to their other locations I am greeted with a clean space, fresh air and cold filtered water. These are the three necessities that are important to me to allow for the best foundation for a workout environment. Workout towels are also provided as are cleaning stations to cleanup your area after your workout. The bathrooms and showers are sparking clean as well! Ann Marie and Liz's classes will work you harder than many others like Orangetheory and F45 and are fast moving and fun! They are both awesome instructor/trainers. Best part is that the sessions are only 45mins long, making it the best 45mins in the day for YOU. All levels of fitness can start here, the trainers show modifications to help out and challenge oneself. Focus meetings with the trainers help you stay on track on whatever your goals might be - nutrition, running a 5K or marathon the first time or doing the 1st pull up. Trainers watch and help correct form no matter which station you are at. Oh, and they have a "floating floor" which is easier on the knees. It is recommended to keep outside shoes separate from gym shoes. Greatly enjoy the 45mins of working out here. It's not easy but I am challenged to give it my best. There is atleast 1free Saturday a month if you wish to give it a try.
