Beyond miserable. Dropped my Harley off 3 days early for an appointment I waited 3 weeks to get,…read morebecause I was going out of town. DAY AFTER my appointment, I had to call them to find out what was going on. Was told "we didn't get to it, things just turn out as expected sometimes" They then call me to tell me my oil change and rear ABS issue will be $1800. I say go ahead. 2 days go by, I call them again after no word. Oh, the ABS needs another part, now it's $2700. I tell them to finish changing my fluids and I'll take it elsewhere. 2 more days go by, nothing. I CALL AGAIN! "Is my bike done"? "Thought I called you, yeah, it's ready". Very pissed off, I pick up my bike, pay the $480 for an oil change, and off I go. Get home (50min away) and realize my back rest wasn't put back on. 3 weeks later, after not sending to me like they said they would, I have to "meet a tech" near my house to pick it up and reinstall myself. HORRIBLE customer service. I will never go back

I purchased a Honda Pioneer 1000-5 two years ago and the sales department was great, however my…read moreexperience with the service department is not so good. I had a recent visit for annual maintenance, which included some manufacturer recalls. Once I arrived home from the visit I garaged the vehicle until the first pretty day (about 3 weeks later) then I took it for a quick spin around the block. During my ride the vehicle's engine died on me! As for trouble shooting I did what I knew how to do and checked the oil and discovered it bone dry. After adding a quart of oil I noticed it leaking out of the bottom underneath. Then taking the shield guard off I discovered that the oil plug was missing and the transmission plug was extremely loose. It didn't take a brain surgeon to figure out that Blue Ridge Power Sports did not tighten up the plug bolts and left me in a bad spot!! Worried that I did damage to my engine I immediately called the service department and made an appointment for their next available day. Upon my arrival the service manager Bruce helped me push it off my trailer and told me he would call me when it was ready. During that service they found that not only did the transmission fluid and oil need to be added the window rubber seal was also not reinstalled after the last appointment. This was all due to their negligence. I did get a half hearted apology and a $100 credit for a future visit. I think it is pretty safe to say that I will not be using the $100 credit and I will take my business and money elsewhere. Blue Ridge Power Sports needs to get serious about their QC procedures and hiring a quality staff! Today it was my neighborhood; tomorrow it could be YOU deep in the middle of nowhere without phone service to call for help.

I appreciate it how quickly the service department, or parts department I suppose, greeted me and…read morewas eager to help. The prices on the bikes seems pretty fair, even in the midst of the Covid game. I would go five stars, but I didn't really find the snarky attitude towards harleys to be appropriate. I have one Suzuki GSXR1000, a Ducati monster, a Harley heritage soft tail and a Harley Dyna wide glide. The point is that there are a lot of great bikes out there that all have their good and bad points. The fact that the parts guys had to dive into the books to look up a very simple part indicates that they have a fairly limited understanding of Harleys. I think this would be a wonderful place for your metric bike, but probably not for your American bike.

Staff is Friendly: I didn't want t just leave a blank after "friendly". I don't know... how about "Really, Really, Friendly from the minute you walk in, no hovering or smothering like you might steal something. Knowledgeable (or, if you ask them a Stumper, can refer you someone who is) Courteous & Patient: NOT Pushy on the sales end. They'll gladly discuss a bike on the floor, pluses/minuses, pros/cons, etc., but never push you. You come away with the feeling that selling motorcycles is just an excuse for talking to other bikers about (or even just stuff). But they Will sell a bike, and back it up afterwards. Seriously, I recommend you stop by if you interested a new (or used) ride, or repair! LOCALLY OWNED! (Be Shute to say hi to Mr. Early, talk bikes. He's usually been around whenever I've been there)
