They share a lobby with Midtown Boba, the Ryde It check in desk is the one on the right. You can rent shoes at the counter. Down the hall are lockers to store your things as well as restrooms/changing rooms. The studio is stadium style so whether you're in the front or back you can see the instructor. The staff is super helpful at getting you set up on the bike. The class was very high energy. Black lights, fast beats. Be ready to sweat! This is a great workout with terrific energy.

A section with dumbbells to work your arms and using a restraint band. Fun lighting and music to keep your energy levels up. One thing I wished Ryde It shared was your stats on the bike, I wanna know how far I went, but that's just me keeping my Fitbit stats in check. There are a few different style of rides to choose from so be sure to read through each description to avoid any let downs. Each class focuses on riding to the beat of the music; while building muscle and endurance. Each instructor has a radiating and infectious personality making it contagious throughout the class. Expect words of wisdom, motivational phrases and an overall good time. Don't have spin shoes? Not to worry as they offer pairs to borrow and return. You'll also need to sign a waiver before your first ride. Be sure to bring a water bottle. They have a filtered water station in case you run out. They even offer towels for those who sweat *me*. And even an ice cold towel for afterwards. This truly is a community and it feels like family. The class was so good. For my first time I didnt do so bad. I came in and got my cycle shoes for rent, the staff member helped me get situated. During class the women beside me were super welcoming and friendly. The music was great tempo and high energy. The instructor was such a great vibe. He had jokes which was fun and funny. You can wear your own gym shoes or borrow some of their shoes that lock into the bike pedals which is what I opted for and a staff member helped me get my shoes locked into the bike. I did the ride 45 class with Jenelle and worked up a sweat big time. The room has fun lighting, the class is high energy, and has loud music that you ride to the beat of, and the combination of everything kept me very motivated for the 45 minute class--which actually went a bit over 45 minutes. It was so so much fun! There's floor to ceiling mirrors so you can make sure you're maintaining the proper positioning throughout the class. They also have lockers available for free, and the class ended with a cold towel and a little stretch session. I felt great afterwards and legs were feeling it the next day for sure. So happy to have found this spot!

Julia and her team always greet you with a smile. The encouragement before, during and after the workout makes every class feel new and exciting. Let me tell you the studio itself is amazing- clean, fun and the lights during the workout make it feel like a party. The cool towel at the end is the chefs kiss to one of the best workouts around!
