I stayed long enough to watch him make pancakes, so I guess he pre-made some for the rush. Same for the frech toast. My food order was an egg whisk with ham. It comes with bread, but I opted out of that. They were really slammed with customers and to go orders so I waited quite a while for my food. Honestly it was worth the wait. Also got to watch the cook and he was doing a really good job of pumping the food out and it all looked delicious. So there is that.
