She never acknowledged my presence, let alone ask if she could help or made an attempt to find someone that could help. Everything was well maintained. Spacious for the space size. It was organized well. Lots of hammer strength machines which are some of my favorite. The power rack area is a little tight, but they have everything well maintained and stuff is super nice. Probably one of the better anytimes I have been to. My only beef with this gym is how far it is from where I stayed. But it's Lubbock where everything is 10 minutes away. So, while it's 10 minutes away after working in the hospital all day it just sucks. But if that's my only complaint then honestly, I don't have much to complain about here. Go sign up for this gym. Simple set up, we just went in and signed a waiver, no ID check or anything. The gym here has lots of equipment and all of it seemed to be working and in good condition. The bathrooms were pretty nice and kept pretty clean. The staff who helped us was nice. The gym had a lot of equipment that you don't commonly see such as the slants for squats and a donkey calf raise machine (not the sole purpose but made it work). Overall good experience and simple to get set up. Not sure the actual pricing, but for us it was perfect!

As someone who went from being a sedentary desk worker to actually working out let me give you a run down about who this is for. 1. This is for people who like a structured workout 2. The price is very reasonable when you think about it. From the Coaches, Machines, and the facilities it all gets factored in 3. No one is there to make you feel bad. There are people with all different body types trying to be healthier. 4. Get there on time, they have strict on time policies that you need to adhere to. 5. Don't be afraid to ask questions, the coaches are there for you. 6. Everyone knows each other, you will be like an outsider on your first session. Don't let that frighten you! Over time you will get to know everyone. 7. Please understand what the orange theory actually is. Many websites explain it very well so please look into it. You aren't going to get shredded just doing orange theory. 8. Overall orange theory is very worth it if you understand what you are getting yourself into.

And at the end of the day, it gets the job done if you need to work out. No frills. Now that being said this gym has terrible bathrooms (at least the men's bathroom since I'm a man). Like it smells like poo/mildew/B.O./Sweat all at the same time, and it's weirdly always humid in there? I don't even know, I try to spend as little time in the bathroom as possible. I'm pretty sure that's the place where diseases go to spread . The lockers are functional at the most. The floors are nasty so don't go walking around barefoot or in socks . Also, as of recent, I assume there isn't much of a maintenance crew to clean things, I mean it's always nasty in the bathrooms, but recently I have seen some effort to clean the lockerooms, but that being said, there has been a few times when I've been in there changing, and then like 3 female employees just waltz in the men's bathroom to clean. So I appreciate the effort to clean, but come on, like that's not cool. If you were to reverse the sex's there (men going into the woman's bathroom) that would fly like a lead brick. I'm usually not the type to run to yelp and complain but I feel like people just need to know what they're getting into. As far as the equipment goes, it's functional for the most part, no real complaints there. It's a bit old but it works. The front desk crew is spotty, sometimes you get super Awsome friendly guys or girls up front, and sometimes they are brain-dead and just stare at you. lol.

MWF are cardio days and T/TH are strength days. Saturday is a one hour mix of the two! How the class is set up: start with trainers doing a tutorial, warm up period, and ~45 min of interval training.
