I've only joined this gym about 3-4 months ago and I can already say that I've seen the results. The trainers somehow find a way to push you past your preconceived limits while also being encouraging and supportive. I set my own goals for my own success and I know that everyday I walk through those doors, I'll have their support to push me one step closer. I highly recommend coming here if you want a gym class that's not just a day-to-day gym experience with 1 trainer and 20 other people, but rather one that's focused on YOU and YOUR own goals. 10/10 have already recommended to many people including my little brothers who are 12 and 14.

I moved to the area and wanted to find a gym as I have always been active on my own. I went in for…read morestrength training and transitioned to adding Olympic lifting to my programming at the insistence of the trainer assigned to me. After months of training here I DO NOT recommend them to anyone. I was originally told I would be paired with a trainer who best suited my needs and goals as it was clear during the sit down that the woman selling me on a training membership would not be the right fit. that did not happen, after months I was not seeing any results and she began pushing me to try the lifting side of the training facility, I had always wanted to try it so figured why not-maybe I will see results from that instead. Come to find out she didn't even have the certifications to be doing personal training and only had her Olympic lifting ones. While she was away I worked with a different coach and saw an immediate difference in my training (also helped that apparently that trainer had a lot of background training both lifting and personal training). Well now when I asked an employee if I could switch to that trainer not only was I made to feel like a horrible person for doing so but I was told she no longer works there. I then asked who has the same training as her WITH the certifications she had(lifting, PT, etc.) they looked at me like I was crazy and couldn't answer. They have no employees with the proper training and it shows if you pay attention. To add to it when you look around you are paying for personal training and programming and everyone is doing the same thing. I went out of convenience and will now be finding someplace new in the area.

They even offer babysitting for your kiddos during certain hours and they have tumbling classes. Yes it's pricey compared to a Planet Fitness but the classes are so worth it! If you're used to climbing 12' in the air and doing drops, these classes may seem a little easy, but if you're just getting into fitness or if you have mobility issues, Zina can help you find a class that suits your needs.
