This is lengthy but I think is worth noting my experience with customer service:…read moreI went into my trial knowing OTF was going to be pricier than my current gym, but wanted to see if it was worth it. I have to say, I LOVED the instructor and the experience. It was great. She checked in on me, explained everything, it was nice. However, I'm disappointed in a few things. Cost: ok we knew this would be pricey. However, just to sign up, it'll be about $120/month AND $120-ish for the required heart rate monitor. Required. So if you end up not liking it after a few months, you wasted a lot of money Customer service: I let customer service know that I was waiting on a work schedule before signing up since I needed to ensure I could make the process worth it, and attend the classes you get per month with my 2 jobs. I told this to customer service, told them when I would find out because I didn't want them to think I was ghosting them, but they kept calling me prior to that date. I can't sign up without confirming I can attend! Their customer service has continued to call without leaving voicemails (my VM is not full, I clear it after every voicemail). The only reason I know it's them is because I googled the number after my second missed call from them without a VM (I don't pick up unknown numbers due to all the spam calls). I'm really unhappy with the outreach without truly following up appropriately. I'm at home sick and unable to talk well, so once I get my voice back, I'll be calling them back to let them know my experience. Also the price is crazy expensive with really limited availability. Over $100/month for 4 classes a month that you are allotted. Update: I checked with my friend and they are leaving her voicemails and still calling her. However after this review they stoped calling me. I also continue to receive VM from others and never from OT.

Before joining OTF a little over 3 years ago I kickboxed for 2 years and felt I needed a change…read more My first class at OTF, at first, I was overwhelmed and thought "I'm never gone to be able to do this at my age". The classes are very challenging and overwhelming at times, but the coaches are A+ material and will help you every step of the way. Every class here is different, I'm the type that needs discipline and structure and OTF never disappoints. It's honestly the best workout around and makes you want to go back. I also go to the OTF in Center City and Langhorne when I get make a class in Willow Grove, they're all amazing!

First- well equipped - great pools great staff Cleaned…read morewell. Great classes. Next - so corporate that left hand / right hand can't figure out how to hold a pencil. Members not consulted about changes. They just come from above. music in gym & outdoor pools outrageously loud. Most people have their own headsets & music. But can't be heard. & no amount of requests seem to yield results. This person says that person that person say oh it's from there. Etc. Equipment disappears- you like it? Too bad. It's gone. So it's a lot of $ - maybe worth it particularly if you are a swimmer

I had been happily attending until a series of negative events caused me to cancel my membership…read more It started with my nephew who had been involved in kids Academy, and wound up breaking his arm there. He reported, slipping and falling on something wet, which leads me to believe that the facilities weren't being properly monitored for cleanliness and safety around children. The following week, my son fell in his lip was busted, but the team in charge of kids academy really had no explanation as to how that happened either. Finally, in an attempt to relax recently, I chose to enjoy the steam room and hot tub on site. Both rooms had mold on the floor, and when I went to take a shower, I found that someone had detangled their hair and smeared it on the wall of the shower and that no one had bothered to clean it up. At over $200 a month for the membership you would expect that maintenance will be available and that I would not have had hair balls flying at me when I tried to get in the shower, but that is not the case. I reported this issue to the front desk and they gave me the email address to their manager. Unfortunately, I was given the wrong email address and the email bounced back. I copied the overarching Life Time email address in my communication and all I received was an automated email saying that my membership has been canceled. No acknowledgment of my experiences there. Extremely disappointing.

Recently hosted a bridal shower in the banquet room. Bride requested this location…read more First and foremost the server taking care of us was lovely, super accommodating and took great care of us!! The space was beautiful. Didn't make a stink the day of because our server was so kind and we had such a great day, but if you're looking to plan an event there are definitely things you should be made aware of. Planning and preparing for the event with the event coordinator was a bit of a pain and that pain continued into the event itself. Communication was not great, emails taking days or weeks to respond and can't get anyone on the phone. We had to reschedule a meeting due to a medical issue on her part (which was totally fine) but there was no communication on the clubs end of things (even after I called the day of the meeting and was told someone would be getting back to me, no one did). We later had to reschedule another meeting which was this time my fault. The week of, after requesting it, I was sent the invoice for the event. The invoice was not accurate so I asked for it to be adjusted and was told it would be sent back.. it wasn't. Day of the shower one of the bridesmaids was first to arrive and the coordinator did not bother to show her to the room or say hello, introduce herself, nothing. During the shower there was not lemonade and iced tea on the tables as I had discussed with the coordinator. We get to the start of food and I notice after everyone has already eaten that the rolls and butter were never put out, the waitress says she wasn't told and scrambles to find us rolls and butter. When planning with the coordinator, we discussed doing a mimosa bar for the purpose of cutting cost on a full bar and bartender, she failed to tell me that the champagne bottles they sell are $45 a bottle, it was NOT cheaper than doing a full bar. All in all for the cost of the venue ($600 room rental plus food and beverage plus a 20% gratuity on the ENTIRE bill, not just food and bev) there are DEFINITELY better places to host your event. It's a shame because the event space is beautiful, but it seems as though the event coordination is lacking tremendously. I wish I would have read more reviews before booking because it seems as though these aren't new issues.

Also I had my ball ran over by one of the lawn mowers. Would not recommend as the price is too high for a course in its condition.
