Honestly, I won't even buy milk from a grocery store if I don't feel like they've earned my business with good customer service. For me, you're not just buying a bike. You're choosing the dealership you'll trust for service, support, and maybe the next bike down the road. David Padilla and Eric Chavez made sure my "maybe" turned into a "yes." They made the entire buying experience feel like a win, and that matters. We've all had that feeling where you spend money and walk away with a knot in your stomach. This was not that. The terms were more than fair, Larry in finance was amazing, and David even walked me around and introduced me to people in the other departments at East Bay Harley-Davidson. That was a first for me, and it really stood out. Great experience all the way around. I'm happy with the bike, but even happier knowing I bought it from the right place.

The staff were nothing short of amazing!! They restored our faith in HD customer service. They took a problem that wasn't theirs to correct and made it right! Everyone from the parts lady to the salesman to the financial guy to the manager! All great people and outstanding customer service. Though we may never step foot in the location that did us wrong (and yes we acknowledge it was a lesson learned on our end), we will always return to East Bay HD. Absolutely wonderful experience! Thank you!

In my search, I looked at the (beginner bikes) Honda Rebel, Yamaha Ninja, and Kawasaki's. All GREAT, PRETTY (sue me I'm a girl) bikes. But, I'm 58, and I need a sexy, grown woman bike. Enter Harley Davidson. I started researching best beginners' bikes. The Nightsters came up. They were sooooooooo friggin nice. So, last week, for giggles, I thought "What the hell," let's finance it. Got great financing. Today, I received a text to come in and look around. So I did. I was greeted by Tone (yeah like Tone Loc) & I told him what I wanted. He walked me over to some bikes. Then he walked one outside . But I knew the one that spoke to me, and there it was on the showroom. I was in love. Dennis comes over (and he's GREAT) to discuss the financing. Not bossy or pushy. Ladies, who are not that familiar, you WILL appreciate the mansplaining. Trust me. Well, I will be back next Tuesday to get Giovanni. All in all, if you are thinking of purchasing, please check out this place.

Long story short, the bike originally had two designated brake lights, and the aftermarket setup has three. After I finished the install, the new light wasn't functioning properly. Turns out the bike needed a BCM flash to recognize and accommodate that third brake light. I called Oakland Harley and they were able to squeeze me in the following day. They actually offered to get me in the same day, but I was tied up. Jaden helped me out through the whole process and everything went smoothly. I was in and out in no time.

I had a great experience at the Harley-Davidson Riding Academy! The instructors were professional,…read morepatient, and very helpful throughout the entire course. They explained everything clearly and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe while learning. I came in with limited experience, and by the end of the course I felt much more confident riding a motorcycle. I learned a lot about motorcycle control, safety, turning, braking, and real-world riding situations. The atmosphere was friendly and supportive, and I really enjoyed the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn how to ride or improve their riding skills. Thank you to all the instructors for a great experience!

Jason took ownership of the problem from the beginning. What ended up being a very unusual and difficult electrical issue required multiple repair attempts, replacement parts, and a lot of communication with Super73. Throughout the entire process, Jason kept working the problem, communicated directly with Super73 on my behalf, kept me informed, and never made me feel like I was being passed off or that the bike wasn't his problem just because I hadn't purchased it from them. Ultimately, the bike could not be successfully repaired and Super73 replaced it entirely. Jason played a major role in getting us to that resolution. Things go wrong with products. To me, good customer service is about what someone does when that happens, and Jason absolutely delivered. He took ownership of a problem he didn't create and stuck with it until there was a resolution. I really appreciate everything he did for my son and me and would absolutely recommend working with him.

No Problem, come on down, we'll get it done!" I have to point out that I agreed that the job wouldn't be a big "rush" job... and the time frame was set at about 2 weeks or so.... However, at 3 weeks we had a few words about the delay & where things stood, and once AGAIN, I said: "Look, it's no sweat, BUT I want it done here in the near future"... another week goes by, nothing; ANOTHER week goes by and I call & am told "We've got it on the lift now... FRIDAY for sure". Friday comes goes, NEXT FRIDAY rolls around and there was "problems with getting the tank off & it'll be handled in the next day or two". It's now been 7 weeks, going on TWO MONTHS and still not done. I'm a patient guy, I understand set backs, unforeseen problems arising, yada yada yada... but enough is ENOUGH. FINISH THE WORK OR RETURN THE BIKE... I'm truly hoping the "Quality" of theirwork is exemplary and worth the wait... We shall see...
