Tires are expensive unless they're a close out old tire. They carry too much inferior China made items.

Its another Cycle Gear.. I've run in to some helpful people here, but not every employee. There was a young girl who was downright awesome!

Matt and his crew are excellent, very knowledgeable, the shop is spotless and laid out really well, with a good selection of essential parts and gear. I've used their service department as well for my KTM and these guys are all pros. I can't recommend the shop enough, a good KTM dealer is almost impossible to find, I go out of my way to support local businesses, and I know the owner personally. (He really is a fantastic guy, kind and generous) My only * is that is that I would like to see more mask use and hand sanitizer because I am an RN and I care about these folks.

I've never been in an establishment where the customer standing at the check-in/check-out counter was put on hold simply because the service desk phone rang. The person who took the time to come into your business deserves your full attention until their transaction is complete. If the phone rings, politely place the caller on hold and finish helping the customer who is already in front of you. This isn't my first visit to HK-KTM, and my previous experiences have been much better, so I'm not going to judge the entire business based on one interaction. I'm chalking this up to a new employee who hasn't yet learned that great customer service starts with taking care of the customer who's standing right in front of you. A little coaching on customer service etiquette would go a long way. "RA" welcomes you!

When The owner introduced himself, He advised he was the new owner. He was very nice and new to this industry. I have been shopping at this store for at least 10 years and will continue to do so. Very nice owner and the seamstress was as talented as the last. When you first walk in you will feel a lil bit of a different atmosphere but all of the products are the same high quality items Renegade has always carried. Give this new owner a chance to make it in this industry. He is very nice and I will continue to give him my patronage for sure.

First pickup, the stitch lines were crooked and inconsistent on almost every line, they had sewn a patch much higher than what was laid out, and some edges were already coming loose. I brought it back, showed them everything that was wrong with it and left it to get fixed. After the second pickup, the stitch lines were fixed and looked ok. They did not fix the edges that were coming loose. They lowered the patch that they misplaced but, of course, it left stitch lines. The biggest issue is that my vest has zippered access to the inside of every panel and they disregarded it and sewed through my liner throughout the vest. I couldn't believe it. Now I have a brand new custom ordered vest that has stitch lines from wrong placement, loose edges, and a liner that is sewn to the leather and patches when there's a zippered access made directly to prevent that. Completely unskilled and unprofessional.

Before contacting Ol Skool & LS Motorsports, I previously contacted several other shops in which I was told they didn't want to take on the work for a Harley Sportser, which was pretty frustrating. Lawrence, the owner, was willing to take it on--and I'm really glad he did. He replaced the rocker box top seals and push rod gaskets, rebuilt and tuned the carburetor to match my exhaust and S&S intake, and re-gasketed the air intake system. He also tracked down and fixed both an oil leak and a separate gas leak from the carburetor. Since getting the bike back, it's been running great. What stood out most to me was how easy Lawrence was to work with. He stayed in touch throughout the whole process, kept me updated, and explained things in a way that actually made sense. His pricing was very fair too, especially considering the amount of work that went into it. If you've got a bike that other shops won't touch or can't figure out, I'd definitely recommend Ol Skool & LS Motorsports. Lawrence knows his stuff and takes care of his customers. I'll be going back for any future work. - G
