The shop has that old school vibe, you won't find a fancy waiting area here, or tvs set up to sit around. The front show room staff have that good ole boy vibe, and will make sure that if they don't have the part I'm looking for, they will find it for me. The building is a little older, easy access from 2 streets, and a quick turn around on oil changes and tire jobs. Don't listen to the bad reviews on here, people have bad days, and nobody is perfect. If you want a shop that has the parts in stock, especially for older models, can do the service work at an honest price, then this is the shop for you. If you want the fancy waiting room, with couches and coffee machines, then go to the stealership and expect to pay more than twice the price. ​

This was such a terrible experience. I've had to deal with the team here for the last two weeks. I…read morepurchased a generator online, and when I arrived, they had no trace of my purchase. I ended up trying to purchase it in store 3 more times but they said something was wrong with their computers that day. Because of that, I was unable to get the discounted online price (the whole reason I even purchased it). I went around to get the generator put in my car. Without even trying, 3 workers stood there and stared at my car and said there was no way it would fit in my car. So I had to go around the corner and rent a U-Haul truck for the pickup. Just for the generator to actually be able to fit in my personal car! So the U-Haul was a waste. I ended up needing to return the unopened generator a week later, and I got the craziest run around from the staff. I attempted to return it, but no one knew how to process the return, even though I'd offered to get the customer service rep I'd spoken to earlier on the phone to provide them with clear instructions. They declined. So I brought the generator back to the store today and finally was able to return it. It just felt like the manager, Ryan, was looking to nitpick for reasons to not accept the return but as I mentioned it's completely unused and boxed. His attitude was very uncalled for. I will honestly truly never visit this location again and I probably won't shop at AAP because this was just too difficult of a process.

Yesterday I went to change a part because the lock was not the same as the one they gave me and I…read morethink the part was wrong but I went to have it changed because they also have a warranty and they never told me before buying it that I needed a real Texas ID to be able to change it or return it and I went to the store only a day had passed and they did not want to change it not even with my passport from my country. I feel like it was racism and they do not give me any other way to do it but the only option is to buy another one even if the part has been wrong. The manager was not helpful at all and very racist. He would only change the part if I had a residence ID and if I wanted to, he would just say I wanted to buy another one without a refund.
