Since my boots happened to be on sale, I splurged for some gloves too since one's I purchased online weren't a great fit. (pros of shopping in store). I did not get her name, but she was a nice slightly elderly lady (no disrespect just older than me). If she helps all customers like this, you will definitely be glad you stopped in.
