My issue isn't really the price -- it's how everything was handled. The communication throughout the repair took a lot of follow-up on our end, and the final cost wasn't clear until pickup. It appears all the guys in there are GS enthusiasts so we're super knowledgeable. I met Steven as I was wondering around, he wanted to know if I needed help or had any questions. Super low pressure. So took this bike for a ride and fell in love with it. I wasn't able to purchase that day so I put alittle money to hold the bike. When I was ready to buy he sent the app and by the time I got there it was all ready to go. We were able to work out a deal and the rest is history. Here is the really cool part! I felt really welcome, he talked about riding and everything in between. These guys are not salesmen they are enthusiasts! I can't stand sales people but every single guy I met in the store is happy saddle up and ride with! Knowledgeable, friendly and real. I never once got any pressure to close a deal just to find the right bike and make sure I was over informed and fully prepared! Steven kinda ruined every motorbike sales guy for me! Finance manager Cole was awesome! His big thing was making sure we left happy, if we could get a deal fantastic but again his love of the bike and brand as well as integrity for his work and company shone through. He was efficient and did his best to work the best deal he could for me. Took my zero turn into Deens Kubota in Forney to have a surging issue corrected. I got a call about…read moreweek and a half later. My mower was taken to Deens in Frisco TX for the repair. $1513.00 later I get my mower back. The surge was fixed. I got my mower home unloaded it and was going to check it out better. I turned the pto on for the blades. I had no blades engagement. I thought great I have to drive 20 minutes to take it back to Deens. I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues. I struggled off the mower and laid on the ground and found the drive belt was not put back on the pto. I had to call a neighbor down the road to help me put the belt back on the pto. Very disappointed in that I got the mower back like this. Embarrassed because I had to call a neighbor to help me fix it with him knowing I just got the mower back from repairs. Sore from struggling to diagnose the problem. Deen's Kubota does offer Military discounts etc. I did call Bruce in Frisco TX Kubota and explained what happened. He said he was sorry about that and he would pass this along. Maybe a refund of some of my money or something for my time and trouble. Nothing was offered. I will rethink about buying Kubota again and definitely rethink taking it back to Kubota for repairs.

She gave recommendations (popular sellers, styles for upcoming TX heat, etc) & helped me find a close size to get me started trying on. I had to find a short size (since I'm short, so less options for me), but they fit GREAT. Since my boots happened to be on sale, I splurged for some gloves too since one's I purchased online weren't a great fit. (pros of shopping in store). I did not get her name, but she was a nice slightly elderly lady (no disrespect just older than me). If she helps all customers like this, you will definitely be glad you stopped in. Prices are not "cheap", but they are brands I have heard of & been recommended before, so in my opinion you know what your getting, not hoping for the best from just any online store.
