Let's put it this way.. never in a million years did I think I would ever wake up at 7:00 am just to attend a workout class. Well, surprise!! A friend of mine introduced me to this studio and I absolutely love it. The instructor, Lisa, is AWESOME and really knows how to keep the high energy going in the room. I had never taken a spin class prior to Cycle Crazz, and I'm so glad that I had my very first experience at this location. Been looking for a spin class after being away for a couple of years. I was skeptical at first but speaking to Lisa was so easy and she made me feel confident again. Classes are small and personal which is amazing. People are super friendly. Bikes are in good shape not like the bigger gyms that have many defective or broken ones. Love this place. read more

Updated review - been continuously going now for over a year and a half. The studio has undergone major renovation and taken over the gym portion as well - all brand new equipment, great new personal trainers and now combination classes of spin and sculpt (30 mins weight workout). The studio is constantly changing, improving and is so client centered - something unheard of in this industry. Love this place and am grateful to them for my body transformation! What can I say ?? It's addicting !! Started with a Groupon back in October and have continued buying sessions and going multiple times a week since ! The atmosphere is intimate and super friendly. Love, love, LOVE, this place! I tried a cycling class at a different location about a year ago and hated it! I thought it would be a good time to try and again signed up at Cycle Crazz and fell in love. My first experience sold me! Lisa was so helpful and made me feel really comfortable about being a "newbie". She taught me correct formation on the bike and took it easy on me until I reached a comfortable point. I absolutely love this gym!!! It is the perfect fit for me. I was looking for a gym that was close to my office, where I did not get lost in the shuffle of a big gym. Lisa was quick to respond to all my questions, and once I took that first class I knew I had found my place. Cynthia is amazing! Love it here! I bought a groupon package because I wanted to start doing high intensity workouts before work, there aren't many places in the Simi Valley/Chatsworth area that offer 5 am classes so I went for it. From the moment I called Lisa I knew I would love it there. She is so personable and really cares about the people taking her classes, I have taken most of my classes with Lisa but Kelly was also great and brought on a killer workout. I am a fan of the smaller more intimate classes that let you have what seems like a one on one with the instructor. The cold eucelyptus towels that are given to you after your workout are truly the icing on the cake. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a killer workout. read more

Love Lisa and the whole Cycle Crazz crew! I've been a loyal member for over a year now & I couldn't go anywhere else. The classes are intense & always challenging. Best spin class, and boutique workout studio in Chatsworth. Lisa has amazing energy, great taste in music, and the class is so much fun. It never feels like an hour, but the workout is intense, and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. The room is small, but not overcrowded. Proper ventilation plus the fans on full blast make it a very comfortable ride. It's nice to not have to gasp for air like other spin classes that are too packed, and not well ventilated. This gem is a keeper on my list - and just down the block from my home. Yay! read more

The first time I took a cycling class was about 10 years ago and I thought I was going to have a stroke right there on the spot, hence nobody could convince me to take another spinning class for a decade. I ended up taking this class with Lisa, only to tell everyone that I can't do a spinning, because I'm not in "athlete" shape. I totally didn't feel like I was going to die. As a matter of fact I felt great after the class. I have taken quite a few classes, even with different instructors, and after every class I felt energized and great. You will 1000% love this spin studio and all of the instructors! I needed to get more cardio into my workouts and decided to try a spin class. I was expecting to only take a few classes, but I ended up becoming a member and I spin about 3x a week. Within the first month I was already seeing my body change. There's also "Spin and Sculpt" which is 30 minutes of spin and 30 minutes of weight training. I love it because it's the best of both worlds and Kelly (the instructor) is awesome! My friends asked me to try the spin class with them, so I did. Well, I loved it! The class goes by so fast and you get a great workout. I have never sweated so much exercising. This place is truly a gem. Flexible morning hours are great. Lisa is a fantastic instructor that keeps you motivated through the entire class. The best part of the class is at the end,the instructor passes out a eucalyptus infused freezing cold wash cloth to everyone in the class--it helps you cool off and feels so energizing and refreshing right after a great workout. I have found my cycling home at Cycle Crazz even though I can spin for free at my gym. I love the variety of instructors because they are each different which changes it up, I think they all offer something different. The owner is so customer oriented, she offers a great value per class and what studio gives you a cold (and I mean cold) towel sprinkled with eucalyptus on it at the end? As someone who has worked out in the L.A. area for about 15 years, there are a few things I look for when joining a new club/class: 1) Comfort and acceptance. Look, I get it, we all work out to look and feel our best, but, even at my fittest, I'm still not comfortable walking into gyms where all the women are dressed in what looks like their swimsuits to work out, full makeup and boobs hanging out everywhere. Who wants to walk in with their full length yoga pants and tank top and feel like you just don't measure up? And forget about those women smiling at you or making you feel welcome. 2) Flexible schedules. Since I leave my house at 8a and don't get home until almost 7p, M - F, I need flexible class schedules. 3) Cost. We're all trying to save money, right? 4) FUN!!!!! Nothing is better than having fun while sweating your butt off, so yeah, fun is included when I choose a class. 5) Results. Why work out if you're not going to look good doing it. Well, I found a place that meets all of these requirements in Cycle Crazz. All of the women here, including the instructors, are motivating, accepting and fun. It truly is a community. If you're not in class, someone reaches out to check on you. They make you want to come back. We have a blast in class and the music is awesome. There are days where you can even bring in your own playlist. The owner, Lisa, surveys everyone to see what class times work best and adjusts Cycle Crazz' schedules accordingly. And, compared to other studios, the cost of classes are extremely reasonable. I waited probably 15 years to try spinning because I was so afraid I wouldn't make it through a class, but once I tried it, I was hooked.
