Which we got $10 in store credit for it which was not bad at all! The game stop was having a sale for all pre owned Switch games buy 3 get one free something like that but all the games that the dude wanted was sold out, which was a bummer. We were not able to get the deal but the dude found some games he thought were good. The male staff member who helped us was very kind and friendly and helped us out tremendously. I was so surprised that Game Stop now requires you to scan you thumb when you trade games in now which was crazy but makes sense I guess it's kinda like a pawn shop. With the PS4 Pro, they told me the controller technically passed their computer testing and they even had the nerve to show me that my controller passed all green but I was told that in their opinion the controller had "stick drift" therefore the whole unit PS4 Pro is considered defective and not full trade in value. Then they reviewed my Switch OLED, he started to "clean" the screen using paper towels and not microfiber because he claimed the screen was damaged. Had to call him out on it, and told him it was a screen protector and he was the one intentionally damaging my screen by not using microfiber. His coworker then proceeded to accuse me of giving his associate "attitude". Had to just trade in my Xbox and walk out due to the dirt poor customer service. I went to a GameStop in Fresno and had a significantly better experience. Zero stars if I could.

So I mostly just look around checking out the gear and POP heads. I randomly stumbled upon Coney and Brown Bear which I totally lost my Princess cool immediately!! I called the dude over and he was happy and surprised that Game Stop gas line friends products. I told the dude I wasn't leaving the store without them as WE collect them. The dude didn't get anything this time but we did check out Switch Games as we sometimes as a couple play together but mostly he plays the Switch.
