got a pair of airpod pro 2 to replace a set that was stolen. they were since recovered and i attempted to return them. they have to this dumb rule not visible at checkout that in-ear products are not eligible for return when the product was clearly in near perfect condition. fine, so i file a dispute with my credit card and now cyberport is going after me threatening legal action when i in earnest attempted to return their product.
the email exchanges back and forth have been hostile and not helpful-- customer service truly doesn't exist in germany. really would not shop here again considering there are other establishments like saturn or media markt. read more
