This Saturn is probably the biggest Saturn in Berlin. It literally took one whole block of the Europa Center. I really like it, it offers much more choices and much complete collections compared with others.
It also located in a really nice area, easy to find and lots of things happen around.
The Saturn here is really well organized. Each floors have their own topic, which is really helpful, when you are looking for something particular. Just check out the information boards right next to the escalators on each floors. On each floors they also have couple small areas for particular brands, for example, on the Hifi and Gaming floor you can find the Skylanders area and the Nintendo game consoles experience area, on the Blu-ray and CD floor there is a Disney corner. It's really cool and convenient. It's like wonderland you probably spend half day here just wandering.
I also find the service of Saturn is really nice. Employees there usually are really friendly and helpful. And they are almost everywhere, sometime they will come to you by their own to offer help when you seem a bit lost. The after service also nice, they have a service center for that. Of course, sometime it took awhile just waiting on the line, since it located at such as popular place, it's understandable though.
There are two entrances/exits in this Saturn. One to the main street, the other take you right inside Europa Center. Beside escalators, there also have two lifts for people who may need it in anytime. Other thing I like to mention is that Saturn has it own magazine and it's free. The Turn On magazine is more like a digital product catalog. Full of articles about the upcoming electronic products. It's actually quite helpful sometime. You can find it on every floors. The promotion area usually on the ground floor.
In my opinion, there are still serval things this Saturn can improve. But overall, it's still very nice electronic market. read more
