I will say they DID NOT install this system 10 years ago, but they've been awesome with its maintenance and what seems like quarterly melt downs. After dealing with mid 80s house temps for a day, I now have cold air and couldn't be happier. I was given a time window that Brandon would be here and received the call he was on his way right at the start of that window. He arrived right at the midway mark- perfect because I'm prepared to be thrilled if they can make it in the time frame. Within 30 mins I had cold air! These guys are great at their jobs. Always are able to diagnose quickly. Always able to say what else "might" be wrong after the first part is fixed. Luckily, we've always made it through the first fix and didn't have to go to the rest of the possible scenarios. And- I love their maintenance plan! And - the cost has always come in on the low end of my "Google searches" when self diagnosing and coming up with my worst case scenarios. Thanks Trinity!

We paid over $8,000 that day and they also signed us up for their maintenance plan with a monthly fee. I called to schedule servic, they told me someone would call me back and confirmed my phone number. Nobody called, no appointment was offered or confirmed and a tech showed up at our house when no was home. When I called to question why they would send out a tech without scheduling or confirming an appointment the woman argued with me and then hung up on me. Incredibly poor representation of the company as a whole.

Then I called called Gary and he met with us the next evening. We have a 40 yr 2 story old crawl space home. The AC was 20 yrs old and even with an additional portable AC unit on the 2nd floor was still too hot. Gary did a thorough evaluation to calculate proper sizing and identified a design issue with the downstairs main trunk which was robbing cool air intended for upstairs. He fabricated a new trunk and replaced most of the other downstairs duct work which was in rough shape after 40 years on the dirt floor crawl space. All ductwork is now suspended neatly within the encapsulated crawl space. He did a perfect job of setting the outdoor unit as well which runs quiet and smoothe. Also love the ECOBEE WiFi thermostat and air ionizer. So 4 months later now and 95 deg outside with a perfectly cool comfortable home and great sleep. Gary did an awesome install for 50% below my other bids. Even better though is that he is kind, polite, hardworking, honest and reliable. Give him a call and you won't be disappointed.

The People's Champ -- and he truly lives up to the name…read more I honestly don't know if I'll ever be able to put into words how grateful I am to Kevin and everyone at The People's Champ. The day my husband died by suicide, it felt like absolutely everything that could go wrong went wrong. On top of the unimaginable loss my son and I were dealing with, our AC went out. For us, especially because I have a son with disabilities, having working AC isn't a luxury--it's something we truly need. Kevin came out to look at our unit and did a temporary fix to get us through, but he knew we ultimately needed a new system. I explained my situation to him, including that I had just lost my husband. Instead of simply telling me what the repair would cost and walking away, Kevin told me about a state government grant that I might qualify for that could potentially help us get a new unit. I'm not the greatest with technology, and there was a lot of paperwork and information I had to submit. Kevin went above and beyond and offered to help me through the process. There was a lot of behind-the-scenes work involved, but in the end, I was approved. I will never forget that. Kevin didn't just see me as another customer. He saw a mother who was struggling, a family going through an incredibly difficult time, and a son who needed help. He even put my son and me in his prayers. That kindness meant more to me than I can ever explain. I still cry sometimes when I think about how much Kevin helped us during one of the worst times of our lives. He could have simply been an AC repairman, but he chose to be a human being who cared. That is something I will never forget. I also want to give a HUGE shoutout to Bruce, who installed our new unit. He was absolutely meticulous and did the most beautiful, professional job. He treated our home with care and took pride in his work from beginning to end.
