I had an order delivered the same day that I had a pickup order. When my order was delivered, one of my items had bursted in the box. When I called customer service, they directed me to the store to get a replacement. My order was ready when I went there, so I grabbed my order and was able to get my replacement all at the same time. It was an easy transaction and very close to me, so that was a plus. I will return to this store.
