This place has rewards and they offer cool specials on products. They also have cute and fun novelty smoke items such as trays, big and small, specialty papers and wraps, and every type of smoking pipe you can almost think of. The staff is very friendly and the ONLY reason this place doesn't get five stars is because of the parking. -__- It sucks, almost dangerous if there's a big truck/vehicle parked next to you blocking your view of oncoming traffic. :-/ Overall, one of my favorite go to spots for my Delta-8 and CBD pre-roll needs. Pssst...try the Jack Frost and thank me later. ;-)

Despite the in-store warranty having expired, he did some extensive troubleshooting and then gave me specific instructions for getting the 90 day manufacturer warranty requirements fulfilled. He spent at least 15 minutes assisting me. I really appreciated his efforts, knowledge, and complete follow thru when an immediate solution wasn't available. 100% SATISFACTION. This type of customer service is NOT commonplace these days. This particular location in Lexington has an entire staff that is friendly, efficient, and helpful. We're always greeted by personable and knowledgeable staff. We all know what it's like to walk in a business and wait for the apathetic employee to meander from the back of the store just to seem "put out" to assist you. THIS STORE IS THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE!! We actually drive out of our way to go to THIS location! Thanks Matthew, thanks staff, thanks Planet Vapor.

I don't really like this Sam's…read more I mainly use this location for the food court, and I've never really had a good experience here. The tables are always disgusting, and have never not been covered with crumbs and water marks. They're also always out of something, whether it be pretzels, pepperoni pizza, or hot dogs. The other day, they gave me a hot dog where the bun was literally falling apart, and couldn't support the dog in the middle. A lot of times, the pizza isn't fresh either and looks like it's been sitting in the oven for way too long. As for the rest of the store - it's really just your basic Sam's, although I don't always like their refrigerated section either. All-in-all, this is a below average club, and I'd utilize another one if able.
