Awful and rude pharmacy staff and unprofessional clinic staff. I would not personally recommend them to treat a hangnail. Not the first time our family have recd substandard care with lack of compsssion that would be expected of a place designed to care for the sick. Be careful of the "convenience" of the Minute Clinic. Took my teen son to be treated for swimmers ear. Was prescribed an $80 rx that he used 1/8 of. Could have been prescribed a generic but they failed to write that script. They then filed my insurance incorrectly (even though my card was scanned by them) so CVS drafted the full $250 for the visit, on top of my copay. 6 weeks later, several phone calls later (one call totaling 45 minutes) I am still waiting on the reimbursement. Go local. Forget the fat cat corporations. They care nothing for you. read more

Ruby was so amazing and cheerful my entire time here. My friend and I had trouble with the printers and she walked us through step by step on how to print our pictures for our Christmas presents! She was doing the job of 3 people answering calls, working register, and also assisting customers with issues such as ours. Overall she is amazing and definitely the best CVS experience i've ever had! read more

I really don't like having to go in one of these pharmacies. The women working in the pharmacy section are so below the bar of even basic decency that I truly can't imagine how a business of this ineptness can keep operating. Oh wait, big Pharma, endless deep pockets. Is it low pay and basic qualifications? Is this for nasty behavior, project your unhappy life on to everyone else? The customer is as abused by CVS as the employees, perhaps that makes things even for their poor behavior. As soon as I find a decent place to fill only one prescription, that's all, just one and that doesn't matter. Went here to by insect repellent. Asked one employee, she directed me to the "seasonal aisle." The only thing there was Halloween stuff and candy. I then asked the girl at the checkout counter. She told me to check the seasonal aisle and I told her that I already checked there. She gave me a look and didn't bother to help any further. Young, blonde girl with an attitude and can't be bothered helping customers. Finally found some repellent in the travel aisle, i thanks to her. read more

Pharmacy staff at this location are truly awful. They offer absolutely zero help with anything and are so slow. They didn't tell me one of my prescriptions was cancelled until I actually got there, and they were asking me to wait 5 days to refill a prescription with horrible withdrawal side effects. I offered to pay out of pocket and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes, came back 20 minutes later, and was told to wait another 20 minutes by another tech. It seems like the other tech just didn't put the order in, because there was absolutely no one else in the pharmacy other than me. This location needs major changes. read more

The pharmacy techs are rude as hell, the patient advocacy is terrible, the lady pharmacist who is an older lady is so damn rude doesn't have the time of day to assist patients. If you can't provide medical care then find a new job. I've never met more unhelpful groups of medical providers and care team. read more

The worst Pharmacy I have ever had to use anywhere. Prescriptions are never ready in a timely fashion and if you try to call be prepared to be put on hold indefinitely. Didn't inform me that they were completely out of my anti anxiety medication. As in none of their distributors had any in stock. Instead sent me a text saying my meds were available! So I waited until I had only 2 days left of my meds and went to go pick up my new prescription and they had nothing. And furthermore said they wouldn't have any for a while. Mind you these are meds I take to be able to function and coming off of them could cause serious health problems or even death. They acted like there was none left in the COUNTRY. But I called Rite Aid. Guess somehow they were able to get some...also when CVS called to finally say they had some low and behold it's suddenly up $60 in price?! What a scam. The no thanks. I go to Rite Aid now. Not to mention they couldn't seem to understand why I was so upset. How hard is it to call people who depend on certain meds to function and inform them that they might need to find another pharmacy?! Obviously trying to keep our business if more important than our health. I've been a CVS customer for many years and I'm sure other CVS pharmacies are fine but no thank you to the one on Oleander in Wilmington. read more
