If you plan on getting a flu shot or covid shot here, this is what to expect: 1.Schedule an appointment online; no walk-ins. 2.When you arrive, expect to be ignored for a good 10-15 minutes, even after you ask for help; even if you are the absolute ONLY customer there!!; even though there are 6 ppl working at the pharmacy. 3.The person who will eventually help you (the "Pharmacy Operations Manager") will not utter more than 5 words to you the entire time you're there. Don't expect a Hello or a smile. 4. Have your insurance card handy but she won't bother asking for your ID. 5.She will give you a form to fill out, then disappear; making you once again, stand there waiting, and waiting, and waiting...she will mysteriously reappear when you finally complain LOUDLY. 6.The actual flu shot took all of 5 seconds...but why did it take 40 MINUTES?!?!?! THE WORST customer service!! You've been warned! Come if you're lonely and have lots of time to kill...but don't expect them to utter more than 5 words to you.
