Zero star for the horrible manager. CVS should fire this rude, ill-mannered, unprofessional, racist manager. I think her name was Tina. She laughed at her customers who were having issues with their self-checkout. She would reject coupons without any explanation. She would ignore UPS drop-off guidelines and reject any packages more than 5 pounds. She would treat white customers nicely and other colors with disrespect. read more

A smaller CVS compared to neighboring drug stores. There is always a line at the pharmacy. There isn't always someone to help at front cashier. Hit or miss but with Rite Aid closing down nearby, only close option available for the Williston Park residents. read more

FYI... My review of these chain stores are pretty much the same. Same store (maybe a little larger or smaller), same style and same team members. I always find it interesting how CVS and Walgreens are always on the opposite corners in every town.  They both seem to do well and always carry a large stock (and variety) of the [shower, shave, aspirin, prescription medication, etc...] items I'm looking for.  There is no drive through at this location but an easy in and out off Hillside Ave. and plenty of parking. I like CVS for their young, energetic team that has always been extremely helpful with those hard to find items. I also like the idea of their food aisles with the basics....  This was extremely helpful during those times when you can't do multiple stores. Give them a try if you're not already a customer.  I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with the quantity and variety of items you can find in this store. read more

Smaller CVS than most, but they have plenty of everything to offer. Employees are friendly and helpful. I would definitely shop here if I lived in the area. Parking lot is a very good size and they do not share it with other businesses. read more

Very, very slow at the pharmacy. I went there twice in one week for different shots (Flu shot and Covid booster). First time the pharmacist said "2 minutes" for the flu vaccine, but had to wait 15 or more minutes. The second time for the Covid booster, they also said "just have a seat...be with you in two minutes". Then the pharmacist goes off-shift and I have to wait 30 minutes until the replacement arrives. No one comes out to tell me of the delay (I have to ask a few times to determine what's happening; one of the other pharmacists at least tried to be helpful). They were also apparently supposed to check my temperature beforehand but no one did. No apology or acknowledgment of the delay from the new pharmacist, and he seemed baffled that there were 3 to 5 people waiting by that point. Not the customer service I was expecting. I realize they are busy--yes, we all are busy, and our time is valuable--but a little courtesy would go a long way. read more

Received a text that a family members medication was ready. It's not my local CVS so I had to drive there which is 15 minutes each way. When I got there I chose the drive thru since it was simply a pickup. As I pulled up to the window, the employee looked quickly and then walked away. I waited about 2-3 minutes and someone finally came over. She went to check and said that the order wasn't ready and one needed to be filled still and would take 10-15 minutes. I told her i would just come inside and wait since I'm not from the area. When I walked into the store I saw her at the pharmacy to let her know that i was now inside waiting. She said ok ..... 40 minutes later I still haven't been called and I get up to check again .... she missed notifying them that i was waiting so the Order was filled and tossed in the bin on the floor with all the other meds waiting to be separated by the pickup area. I wasn't the only one sitting .... one woman was called up TWICE only to come back and sit down because of mistakes. Other people showed up to be turned away. This cvs is no better than the one at 2030 Hillside where they order things and put the script on "hold" and leave it there till you walk back in to pickup the meds. So moral is that you should stop going to CVS if you are unhappy and CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY and ask if they have an online prescription plan (almost all do). They fill scripts for 3 months and for us it was 20% of a monthly copay at CVS covers the 90 days and then there is still money left over. No more CVS pharmacies except for little quick things. CVS lost almost $600 a month in medication copays and other sales plus what they were getting reimbursed by the prescription drug plan as well! read more

Probably the worst CVS locations I have ever been to! The parking lot is terribly small, the aisles are terribly small and it's dark in there! Went to the self check out because the one cashier was taking a long time with the one customer! There was a manager and another worker behind the counter but literally just talking! The checkout I was doing required a worker to verify my age! It stated loudly that I needed to wait for help and had a flashing light going! The manager just watched me while I waited! Once the cashier was finished she turned around and to grab and started working on her register! Mind you no other customers were around! The machine is still flashing and stating that I require assistance! I finally ask her to come clear the machine and she was like "oh if you didn't ask me to come over, I wouldn't have known!" Well-situated with a groovy vibe (yes, really).

The owner of this place is a very nice respectful guy. Most of the cashiers are also very nice. There is one lady who is a real loudmouth. She is very rude. She follows me around in the store like I am going to steal something. I am 37 years old and live across the street. Why in the world would I steal from a place I go to multiple times a day? Because of her rudeness and lack of respect for me this place loses 2 stars. Too bad. If it weren't for that one very rude and obnoxious employee this would be a really great place to do business. read more

I only went to this store once. My main problem is the parking lot. It's a small lot and the spaces themselves are small. I went and parked in an empty section and when I came back some guy parked his van next to me. He was slightly at an angle and the spots and the lot are so small it was hard to pull out of the space. The leaving the lot the entrance/exit on Hillside Avenue is small too and does not accomodate both a car leaving and entering the same time. read more
