    Window side pharmacy is very disorganized, no idea what they're doing. Someone needs to retrain them.

    I originally felt that this pharmacy deserved 5 stars because for the past several months they have…read moregone above and beyond to go out of their way to actually help me with medication that I had trouble getting. I loved the fact that they provided delivery services too. My medication was supposed to be delivered on Monday 08/18/2025, between the hours of 9-5pm. I received a text at 4:11pm, stating the driver was stuck in traffic so delivery will be made between 6-8pm. In good faith I immediately texted the driver that the office will be closing at 5pm and to please reschedule it for Tuesday 08/19/2025, between normal business hours of 9am-5pm. I clearly made this driver aware that this was a business location. On Tuesday at 5pm, I contacted my wife to check on the delivery of my order and she said there were no deliveries made. I immediately contacted the pharmacy and I'm told it was delivered to the front desk/receptionist. My wife's office does not have a receptionist or front desk. I was sent a photograph of the party that was given my medication but not told the suite or office number it was incorrectly left. My wife explained to pharmacy staff that she has no idea who the person was in the photograph or the office she's in but it was definitely not her office. I am extremely angry and frustrated that my medication, personal, privileged and confidential information was given to a complete stranger simply because the shipping service was careless, negligent, and clearly incompetent. They obviously do not follow simply delivery instructions. It is bad enough that I have been without this medication for a while simply because there was no follow up or communication from the pharmacy with me and that I had to contact the pharmacy to find out why. I immediately contacted my physician to send a new script. But I can not ignore in good conscience that this experience has been horrible and horrendous ordeal. To be left without my medication again simply because the shipping service staff are complete and utter morons, is not right or fair. I also feel that something seriously needs to be done about releasing my personal medication along with my personal information to a complete stranger in the wrong office or building, is a serious problem that will be dealt with and investigated. So my new delivery was scheduled for Wednesday, 08/20/2025, between 9-5pm, and once again I received a text message from the shipping company at 4:33pm to let me know that the delivery driver was stuck in traffic again so my scheduled delivery between 1-5pm would now be delivered between 6-8pm, which I clearly advised will not work. I honestly do not understand why this company continually refuses to deliver this medication during normal business hours. Considering they delivered my medication to the wrong person, office or building on Tuesday, you would think that they would have bent over backwards or at least go out of their way to make sure that my medication was delivered but they certainly did not. This entire experience with this shipping company has been a nightmare. This shipping service does not care about patients needing their medications or doing what is morally and ethically right. At this time, I feel that the pharmacy was made fully aware of this ongoing issue and problem and they have adamantly refused to take any accountability or responsibility to ensure that I receive my medication in a prompt, professional or timely manner. I plan on contacting my insurance company, medical provider and New York State Department of Health Pharmacy Complaints and the division of licensing services to file a complaint about what I feel is serious gross negligence misconduct and incompetence. I am extremely concerned that due to sheer incompetence or stupidity my private, confidential and personal information was compromised because it was released to the wrong party, building or suite and the pharmacy has yet to take any affirmative action, responsibility or accountability to resolve this matter.
