Not a bad CVS as far as CVS locations go. This one is conveniently located off the main strip of Westhampton, with a decent sized parking lot. This store features self check out as well as a small check out counter for those who still prefer human interactions at check out. I've been able to easily find items every time I've come here. It's laid out well and the sections are clearly marked. Everything here seems to be well stocked, and the pharmacy in the back never seems to be too overcrowded. This store doesn't have as many of those locked up cases with products held hostage which I also appreciate -- I guess because we're in the Hamptons. Friendly staff, good location. It's a CVS pharmacy with convenient parking & a decent variety of items. I stopped by to pick up some sunscreen. I also shopped for some mascara - many items were out of stock. They had a CVS deal but I decided to wait for a better selection. read more

CVS Pharmacy screws me too often. I take many life-or-death medications from them. I only use CVS Pharmacy because my insurance does not cover me under a different pharmacy. I had a liver transplant, so my body could kill my liver without medication, yet CVS Pharmacy has sent me my meds 1-2 days late many times in the past. They did the same for my epilepsy medications. I could have had a bad, deadly seizure one of the several times that they were out of my medication! Also, CVS pharmacy screwed my mother over three times, one being late for medications when she was suffering bad from COVID. Many times they cancel my shot date the last minute. All of my friends and family also hate CVS Pharmacy. I will force my insurance to cover me under any other pharmacy besides CVS, because ever since 1995 I have used several different pharmacies (when covered under those) and never had a problem. read more

What a wonderful group of pharmacists. They aren't crazy busy like other pharmacies. Most times I walk up and I'm out in 5 minutes. They are helpful and honest. They counsel on possible interactions and I've found the entire team at CVS Pharmacy in Westhampton Beach, NY can't be beat. Yeah, not much personality there, but I don't go to the Pharmacy to be entertained. I've always found they honor all of my coupons, even if they are a little expired. Great place, shop there. The CVS pharmacy is poor service. I write this after numerous different transactions and many months, always to be disappointed and frustrated. We dont have your med, doctor didnt call back, not ready even though i received a cvs text that is was ready for pickup and most recently after making an appointment at an off hour for a flu shot waited over an hour while 2 flu shots were given in that time. I'm in town for the week, and I tried filling my medication at this location. A pharmacist called yesterday saying my insurance is inactive, so I reached out to my insurance who confirmed it's active. I called CVS this morning and the pharmacist told me my medication is ready to be picked up, and they'll process my insurance card when I come in. I came in this evening, however, the pharmacist was having a difficult time processing my insurance. I was told to wait for a few minutes, which turned into over 20 minutes. This CVS location is open until 10:00 pm, but the pharmacy closes at 9:00 pm. Just after 9:00 pm, the pharmacy gates closed as I'm still waiting for my insurance to be processed. Before I said anything, the employee closing the gates turns to me and says they can't process any transactions after 9:00 pm. I told her I've been waiting there 30 minutes for the pharmacist to process my insurance, in fact, he currently is holding my insurance card. The employee stopped closing the gates, and finally, the pharmacist comes up to me and told me my insurance can't be processed. I told him I spoke to this specific pharmacy both yesterday and today while mentioning another pharmacist told me this morning that my medication is ready to be picked up. His response was "I've been here all day, what do you want me to do?" Pick up my medication perhaps? Or find your replacement? I walked out empty-handed... read more
