Before bothering with the transfer, I checked with CVS here, and none was available in LA. Costco was also sold out everywhere in LA. I tried Walmart and could not be more pleased with their service. The one thing people would say about him is you never have to wait longer than 10 minutes to get a prescription filled. So if I needed a prescription for antibiotics like when I caught pneumonia, mine was filled very quickly. Then after I got married and had children and they would get ear infections in daycare and pre school Fred is the one I would go to. Then he bought his own Reliable pharmacy and it still is the same. You never wait longer than 10 minutes. Fred is a Doctor of pharmacology which means he knows what every drug will do for you or to you. He gives out sage advice and talks to everyone as though he would talk and look out for his own family. He really cares about his patients! The name Reliable is a spot on name for this store because for every aspect done in this store, whether it be giving vaccines, or helping people to decide which vitamins to take or asking questions about a procedure they are thinking of having done or a drug to consider taking, he weighs it heavily with much thought and wisdom and gives you his answer. Also he will catch drug interactions and quickly call your Doctor up and say "I can't give them this drug because it will interact with what he or she is taking which in the ends keeps you safe. He's on top of it! His store is always clean and sanitary. They also sell nick nacks as well as jewelry and all holiday items. They have Brown Bag sandwiches which are really delicious and nutritious. Most hospitals buy these for their patients in case they get hungry in the middle of the night. They also sell baby items there, toys and ambulatory supplies as well as bandages and some His staff are amazing!!!! Mina has been with him for years and does a variety of right hand stuff for him. In other words she is competent, gone to school, got her degree and takes care of everything. I have seen her very , very busy and yet she just smiles, is kind and warm and makes her patients feel as though everything will be okay. If anything is wrong in the price for your drug or the prescription, she will catch it and correct it right away. Jay is another great employee! She is always smiling, and works hard. She is not ever idle. Her warmth and charm will light up a room and draw people in. This is my favorite pharmacy and I will be a forever patient.

I'm a little in shock, but come on, if you don't want my business, fine, but no need to be rude about it. The reason for the low rating is because they just changed some of their policies and I feel like they are trying to gouge people for more money. My prescription is something that has to be refrigerated and so regardless if I want an ice pack or not for my prescription they want to charge me an extra $15. That is absolutely ridiculous. And those small ice packs don't even hardly work and don't cost $15. I am a long time customer and things are already so expensive and now you want to take more money out of my pocket when I don't even want or need this item. Well they are going to lose me as a customer. I already called my Dr to have all my prescriptions transferred somewhere else.

The market pharmacy in Northridge, CA on Reseda and Nordhoff is ridiculous...with proper communication to the call center. As a result, too many patients, one of them actually me, have to gradually suffer. More employees are hired, but quality has gone down. Please don't make this happen again. I work for a high school...I see great in all my students....I value my career...I suggest you value ME, and all your clients... We value you...This message goes to Market Pharmacy, specifically the one in Northridge, CA...all employees...and the call center... You cannot improve...not possible.
