I have been coming to Rite Aid (Phoenixville Pike) for over 5 years and have always been nicely greeted by employees. The pharmacists (Raj & Kate) are extremely helpful and always go out their way to help. The Wellness discount card is also a good incentive to come here. It's like going to Cheers where everyone knows your name and this Rite Aid treats you like a family member which is highly unusually in today's world.

There was a line in the front of the store so I headed to the pharmacy which I've done in tons of other stores without issue. An older woman (didn't get her name) working there said "this isn't express for when they have a line. We don't normally do that." And then then her younger partner grudgingly rung me out. Instead of using my coupons that were in front of her, she charged me the full value of my purchase instead of using my discounts on my plenty points. I told her I wanted to use my discounts and she said "oh I'll have to return everything to do that." That took another 5 minutes and then she couldn't figure out how to return my points. I was in the store at least 15 minutes and left empty handed because employees can't perform simple tasks and had attitude problems. I told the manager on duty as well and she admitted that the older woman in the pharmacy had an attitude problem and she would talk to her. (So I'm probably not the only customer she's been nasty too; that makes me feel better!) I was so disgusted with my treatment I left empty handed rather than deal with the pharmacy girls for another wasted minute of my time. Avoid at all costs; I know I will.

She asked how the weather was and I commented that it was nice and sunny out. Her reply was something about how "us Irish girls" need to be careful and use sunblock. Normally, people make fun of me and tell me to go tanning. Not her, though. I think I found my fair-skin soulmate.
