I don't think I've ever reviewed a pharmacy before, but this one I will. I was so impressed one evening when I had to start an antibiotic and despite getting there a few minutes after 8 PM (I was late), AND the pharmacist was walking to his car, he smiled and waved me in. I was so incredibly thankful. Maybe going the evening without antibiotic would've been OK but it definitely calmed my nerves a ton. Thank you Pharmacist Anoop Karanth! I will also say, the staff here always does their best to process prescriptions, efficiently, and find prescription savings whenever possible. I just left out of this store looking for a cpap machine, which the store didn't have. one employee at the register on her phone didn't see me or greet me. and another lady in the baby aisle I believe and gave me an ugly look. didn't ask if I needed help or anything. upon leaving the store the lady that was in the aisle with a bob(tall white lady) racially profiling me that I was stealing and I saw her taking a picture of my tag and me as I was leaving. if these are the kind of people you're hiring, I'll take my money elsewhere because this is nasty and distastefu. read more

Absolutely the worst service I've ever seen . They will not turn the speaker up so that you can hear them at the drive-thru . They tend to not answer their phone at all after several attempts to call them . Try to check on a prescription you won't never get anyone to answer their phone . CVS needs to do a better job on who they hire and who they put in there they are the worst of all CVS's that I've ever seen in my life as far as Pharmacy is concerned . They should fire all of them and get new they are rude and disrespectful to their customers . read more

I've shopped here several times, and I am generally pleased with the service and products offered here. The pharmacists have been really good at helping understand prescriptions and making suggestions for OTC medicines. They have also been very good at finding the best possible price for any prescription I needed filled. I have run into a problem where they did not have a specialized medicine I once needed. However, they helped by checking with other pharmacies to find it. Even though it was a competitor, they found it at a nearby Walgreens for me. This was a huge help! The store is clean and generally well stocked. The prices are higher than Publix in many things, but you are paying for convenience. I'm ok with that as the prices are not ridiculous. Almost all of the clerks have been amazingly friendly. There is one guy who works there that is a bit brusque, but he doesn't seem to be mean, just not good with people. Overall, this is a good pharmacy to do business with. read more

First time at this store to change my scripts to them due to health insurance changes. Dropped them off four hours ago. Was told when I went in to pick them up at 3 pm that they are busy and have not gotten to them yet...I asked if I could wait? They said NO...that i would be waiting over and hour. All the while, there is no one else in the whole store. Was also told it takes a minimum of 1 hour to process any narcotics? Plus they could not even tell me prices and or qualities that I will be receiving. When I called the corporate office they told me everything the clerk had told me was inaccurate. My son who's been quite sick with a stomachache big had prescriptions sent over to this location to be filled. First day computers were down so they couldn't cash us out understandable. Called next day was hung up on three times after the phone was answered "computers are down" and the. Click. Called back a few hours later to see if systems were back up and was told they up were up but slow and got hung up on again. Called back n tried to explain my sons prescription has been filled but needed to be picked up. Boom hung up on again. Called back again and insisted on speaking to a manager. The manager receives the phone from whoever had been hanging up all day and I explained to him what has happened and he informs me my prescription could have been picked up way earlier that day and he doesn't know why she didn't tel me so. So I told him I'd be there to get them in five minutes and I'd like the name of whomever answered the phone and hung up on me multiple times( the person who handed him the phone) when I arrived I picked up my prescription and asked for the woman's name. He claimed he had no idea who it was ( lies) .this is the worst cvs pharmacy I ever ever been to.numerous amounts of people have told me not to go there because of how rude they are . From now on I will no longer be using this pharmacy nor would I suggest anyone else to go there. read more
