I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and professionalism at this CVS location. My husband had two prescriptions dropped off, and when I returned an hour later to pick them up through the drive-thru, only one was provided. At no point did anyone notify us that the second medication was not in stock. This is basic communication that could have saved time and frustration. The drive-thru itself is consistently understaffed -- one person managing three lanes and serving one car at a time, creating long, unnecessary delays. After discovering the missing prescription, I called the pharmacy and left a message but never received a return call. The automated phone system is excessive and forces customers to leave voicemails instead of speaking directly with a person. I left a second message the following morning and still did not receive a response, so I contacted the front store and asked for a manager. The manager was understanding and involved the pharmacist, who called my husband shortly after. Unfortunately, the pharmacist's apology was insincere, and the call ended abruptly. Minutes later, I received another call from someone else at the pharmacy who, instead of clarifying or apologizing, was rude and dismissive -- even shouting across the pharmacy asking who had just spoken to me. When I remarked on how chaotic the situation seemed, she told me they "wouldn't be talked to like that" and hung up. This level of unprofessionalism and poor communication is unacceptable, especially for a pharmacy responsible for people's health and medications. CVS needs to address the lack of staffing, improve their communication with customers, and retrain pharmacy staff on basic courtesy and accountability. read more

First off, if you're reading this, you should know that CVS has waged war on all the Mom and Pop pharmacies to intentionally put them out of business. Which is exactly what happened last year in our town. The small business owner told me that it was happening and that they wouldn't make it because of CVS. He was heartbroken as it was his family's business. They are gone. Now, for the recent experience at the WEATHERFORD CVS ON MAIN STREET....I have been trying to pick up a topical Rx from CVS for a week now. The lines are SO long and the staff is so inept and they always have an excuse for why they can't do anything within a reasonable amount of time. Finally I made it back up there a third time. I was in the drive thru and after they serviced the car in front of me, they literally pulled the blinds down as I pulled up and a recording came on that they were closed for lunch. There were 3 cars behind me and 2 in the other lane. That is unbelievable. You don't CLOSE a pharmacy for lunch, you idiots, you COVER people so they can go to lunch. Every other business does it every single day, but CVS is incapable of basic business sense. I will never had another Rx sent there. read more

If I could give this entire group of people a big fat "0" in their attitude, customer care, all around everything - I am so lost for words on the way they treat their customers without a lack of care or consideration. But since Yelp makes you give them a star - I had to force my fingers to hit "1" Star for the non deserving CVS Location And if you think the CVS Corporation Cares - please smack your face and wake up - or splash cold water on your face, wake up and come back to reality. I reported this CVS Pharmacy 8 times in one day - do you really think the corporation cared - that would be a huge H E L L NO. The Pharmacist went so far as to lie to my Husband who was told that they would fast track my fathers prescription - my father with cancer - my father who is very ill - that they would fast track his prescription - my husband walked in after their lunch break to ask how long it might be - and the Pharmacist lied straight to his face and denied stating they would fast track the prescription and that they would not do it at all actually - they are the most unkind group of people you can encounter dealing with the public. When I called to inquire about the lie - and it was a lie - a big fat lie she told - I spoke with the pharmacist - I found out she was the pharmacist by digging into the conversation with her - because she was not forthcoming (no one at this pharmacy is forthcoming and truthful) so after digging information out of her - she finally identified herself as the pharmacist (but again who knows - not a lot of truth coming from this place) - here is a funny part - I was calling to my husband in the other room to ask what the Pharmacist looked like when he was in CVS - he told me a brunette and other descriptions (she the pharmacist on the phone with me - says stop yelling at me - I said what are you talking about - I am asking my husband what YOU Look like) so I can describe you to corporate) I have noticed that any time there is an issue with this CVS - which we only use - when absolutely necessary- anyway, this pharmacy and staff use the trigger words of the world, your yelling at me (I was not I was talking with my husband), your being disrespectful (um that would be all of you at this location) bullying (really that would be the pharmacist for refusing to fill my cancer ridden fathers prescriptions). They all should feel ashamed and embarrassed by their non customer service - along with their ability to deny a cancer patient their medication. Again, corporate CVS does not care either - So this is definitely a buyer (customer) beware situation - I do need to add - Everyone shouldn't go to lunch at the same time - rotate lunches - that way you can actually fill prescriptions in a timely manner - no need to close everything down and put the brakes on progress that can be made - what you are doing is taking everyone out of the game at once and then coming back after 30 minutes (if they return on time) and saying here - hurry up and catch up - when simple progress could be kept by rotating lunches - wow look I didn't reinvent the wheel - just some sage advice. read more

Replace the pharmacist with someone with morals and ethics to follow the Hippocratic oath. After being reprimanded into re-taking training courses by Texas, and CVS Corporate refunding my $600 co-payment, I dropped the lawsuit. But months afterward, I required time-critical medication and this Weatherford S Main Street pharmacist told my original pharmacy and doctor's office fax it has been ordered, and for over a week the status on my prescription was 'waiting on delivery'. Well, the pharmacist finally admitted she had been unethically lying to me to deny me medicine to prolong my treatment in retaliation for reporting her wrongdoing. Unfortunately Texas is one of the few states that pharmacist can deny someone life-saving medication on a fabricated whim to see you suffer and die. read more

Oh my so disappointed in any of the CVSs in Weatherford, our home town. Rude, unprofessional, poor customer service, and lies when corporate follows up with a complaint. I just found out that I am an aggressive person that I am banned from CVS. Even after talking to corporate CVS, the stores here have been given the option to ban us. My insurance that I utilize only supports CVS. Very disappointing. People are way too sensitive and follow the thinking of you are mean to me, when just trying to communicate with someone who is already argumentative and not wanting to listen, or assist in what costumer service should be. I could never act that way or would I ever want to in my profession. I know many of you already know this with the reviews I have read. SMH. Shame on you CVS. read more

I am new to the area and was concerned when I saw the reviews of where I had my medicine sent to. This review is made after I had my medicines filled twice, in order to be fair. I do not understand the bad reviews. This place is terrific! The people working there are unbelievably friendly and nice. They are a pleasure to speak with. They work so hard on getting everything perfect. I have picked up inside and via the drive through both. Each was awesome! I highly recommend this pharmacy, and actually, the entire store is wonderful. This pharmacy is terrible, I have been a CVS customer for many years, but in a different state. Don't use the drive through, unless you have a lot of time and plenty of gas. This place has no integrity, if they don't know the answer they make up a bogus comment. They keep putting my meds on auto fill, after telling them stop several times. They billed my insurance company and I had to pay, was told i would get reimbursed, now they say they can't. I could go on and on, but it just adds to my frustration. Will be going to another pharmacy, even if have travel further. read more

There's a good reason why there's never a long line at the CVS pharmacy and Walgreens is always so busy. I decided to switch from Walgreens to CVS due to the long lines at Walgreens. I used the CVS mobile app to transfer a prescription from one store to another. Received an email confirming this had been done. But after a couple days never heard anything more. I called the CVS store and they had no record of my prescription being transferred. They told me they would call Walgreens and get it transferred again. I called CVS the next day and guess what? Yes, that's right, no record of it. They never bothered doing it. I'm sticking with the long lines at Walgreens. I wish I could give 0 stars. read more

Any pharmacist or assistant I've ever spoken to were friendly, and always made sure my questions were answered to my satisfaction. This extends out to those that work in other areas throughout the store. It is a busy location so sometimes the wait is longer than I'd like. Worst staff of any CVS pharmacy nationwide. I have lived in many states over the years and many cities and this location by far is the very worst of the worst. Wendy the cashier who will tell you she is the manager until the manager walks up, is the very worst. Rudeness does not describe her work ethics. Unfortunately my insurance says I have to use CVS or I dang sure wouldn't. I was a CVS manager in my younger years and I can tell you I would never employ someone as rude as she is. I have watched her stand at the front area and play with bottles of drinks and customers waiting on her to come to the register and she says she will be there in a bit. Literally playing with 7 bottles on the counter because she doesn't feel like helping the customer. I have heard her yelling at other customers before. I myself have asked her to find a package only for her to eyeball a ups area for about 30 seconds and tell me my pkg isn't there only to get a real manager to come over and find it in like 10 seconds all because she thinks that sign on the building says Wendy CVS. She is horrible and to call customer care for a manager they don't return phone call requests when you ask for the DM. I am not sure what happened to CVS but someone up top should do some serious looking into at this site. Always a bad experience here. read more

My 85 year old mother has been using CVS pharmacy for a while now with not so great results. They continually get her prescriptions wrong and are very hard to work with. Today she was required to stand and wait for an incredibly long time in order to get a situation resolved. She has arthritis and it is difficult for her to stand. The person waiting on her was rude and tacky. I hope this person' s mother never has to be treated like this. We are done with CVS. read more

The worse CVS!!! Avoid this Farmacy and save your self the headache. I drop my sons prescription on Friday they told they will have to order it and it will be ready by Wednesday of next week. Well I stop by on Thursday and they couldn't find the prescription after a long debate she found it on the "order side" then she tells me I will have to wait more time because it's NOT ready! New to CVS Pharmacy (bailed from Walgreens) and have been very impressed. After my first Rx was filled at CVS, I received a welcome email from the Pharmacist! The techs are helpful and communicate with me, my physician and insurance company to make sure everything is accurate. My Rx life has been very satisfying since I use the CVS mobile app and do almost everything online. I enjoy the text messages telling me when my Rx is ready and the service at the counter has always been great. Yep, this CVS crew on S. Every time I go to this cvs something is wrong. They don't have a clue what is going on. A girl by the name of Allison was very rude and continue to argue with me. Another girl by the name Desiree came and helped me and took good care of me asked me to go back around the window and she would fix it and take care of it. Find another pharmacy. Dizzy and sick with my 11 month old in the car and they refused to take my insurance information in the drive through. My mom was with me so I left them in the car and walked into the pharmacy. The sign clearly says to wait behind out of respect for person in front of you, so that is what I did. As I am waiting another woman walks directly to the drop off window. The person in front of me finishes so I say hello and tell the Tech that I need to give them my insurance info. She says uuuuuuuh, I need to send you to the drop off window. I am sick and dizzy and about to faint at this point. They continue with the woman who cut in front of me for another 10 minutes. I finally get to the Tech and give her my insurance cards, only for her to tell me it is the WRONG card. Now if they would have just LOOKED at my cards in the drive through we could've saved everyone time and energy. Enjoy my sinus infection to everyone who was exposed inside of CVS. read more

I tried and tried to give them a chance to be my monthly regular pharmacy but they are the worst cvs i have ever dealt with. So stupid, and soooo slow. I took my same prescription to another cvs and they did fine. Absolutely the staff is so stupid! I gave one person my insurance then the other fills it and then asked for my insurance.
