This has got to be the most miserable experience with a company I've had in my life, and getting…read morerid of them, just that much more horrible. To start with, they were fine. A couple of random mistakes here and there, and all was corrected and good. However, that quickly changed, about a year after transferring things into them (May '18). I got a notification one day that a prescription was ready. Since I know my prescriptions, and have them managed pretty well, I called them. They claimed that the doctor had called it in. Given that I had an upcoming appointment, I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and let it go. On the upcoming appointment, I asked, and the doctor said they did not call this in. Had they done so, they would have told me. Strike one. At that time, I called Target, told them to sync the renewal dates (only a day or two apart) with others. A month (or so) later, same prescription, they texted me and said it was ready again. I called, and asked about the others. They said they hadn't done those . I asked if they'd renewed at 90 days like the others, they said no (despite being told to). I told them to fix it and let me know when it was ready. At that point, I told them that if they screwed up again, we were done. This was strike two Lo and behold they texted me, telling me they were all ready . Great, I went to pick them up. When I did, they informed me that I had 5 ready instead of the 4 I should have. I asked which ones, and they included one that I'd told them to cancel months ago. They claimed (again) that the doctor called this in, and I confirmed (again) that this was a lie. As this was strike three, I told them that we were done after this, cancelled the one that they shouldn't have renewed, and started investigating other options. Mid July, I contacted Pillpack (highly recommended) and they transferred everything over. Insurance, all prescriptions, everything. They took care of everything, as they should have. August's shipment of medication came and went, no problems. Not a peep from Target Much to my surprise, at the end of August, I got a text from Target saying "your prescriptions are ready". Seeing as how they were archived and told not to renew, I called the store and they said that the prescriptions were still 'active'... Considering they were told by Pillpack to cancel the prescriptions, that's not even correct. Talk about lazy and refusing to do your jobs. The drama gets more fun though. Instead of following my instructions (less than a week ago) to cancel any and all prescriptions and stop harassing me, they STILL , to this day, call me once or twice a day, text me (thankfully I can opt out of that), claiming they need to refill prescriptions. The level of absurdity with this is just crazy. This company is an embarrassment to the medical profession, which is already pretty embarrassing as it is.

Well went in for a long list of vitamins thinking a drug store is going to be the cheaper route to…read morego. First off it isn't spent over 60 dollars on them and went to target and spent 30. While being here also we never once were greeted. When we walked it they all looked at us like we shouldn't be in there. As we were looking we never were asked if we needed help looking. When we finally made it to the check out after looking for 45 mins we were not greeted again and he just started ringing up the sale. The plus to the entire experience is that you take Apple Pay now! Now went back the next day to do a return because we found them cheaper opened up another ordeal. My other half went in to do it with the receipt to just get cash. Nope wouldn't allow that they needed the physical card. She came out to the car to get that and since it was used on Apple Pay it wasn't that card. Well that being said they could override that and put it back to the debit card but couldn't override to cash?
