The individual who answered the phone was rude and abruptly hung up on me while I was mid-sentence, before I could fully explain the reason for my call. I called back, assuming it may have been a misunderstanding or technical issue. When the same person answered again, I was immediately told, "we're not interested." I attempted to briefly clarify that I hadn't had a chance to finish my explanation during the first call, but I was once again cut off and the call was ended abruptly without any opportunity for further discussion. While I understand that not every organization is open to partnerships, I found the lack of basic professionalism and courtesy disappointing. A simple, respectful response would have been more appropriate and would have reflected much better on the establishment. Unfortunately, based on this interaction, I would not feel comfortable recommending them or sending students there in the future.

"KIM" made the…read morebiggest mistake today and instead of apologizing and creating a solution she hung up on me and then after calling repeatedly refused to allow me to speak to pharmacist. She literally left me on hold over 12m and 43 sec, picked up the call again then hung it up. The mistake: she told the driver to go to the wrong address, not the one I gave her which she wrote down and repeated to me and told me price to deliver. When she called to tell me they couldn't deliver to the address driver was at, I told her that I gave her the address to deliver to, she argued with me saying I didn't. I said, okay, it's your mistake, that's okay, what's the solution. She said, pick it yourself or will be delivered tomorrow. It's end of the day, and this medication was extremely important post surgery. No, I'm sorry - No, creating a solution! And trying to protect herself from preventing me to speak directly to the pharmacist. Undeniably a horrible way of handling any customer! Kim must be trained in properly speaking & treating customers!!!
