Don't come to this CVS with a handicap placard and back into a handicap parking spot. You'll be sitting in your car wondering why there's some man staring at you and your vehicle but then once you enter the store he'll forcefully stop you in your tracks, raise his voice and complain about you parking in that spot and that you need to move your vehicle at once that your not allowed to park there. Does CVS have parking enforcement? Called corporate on them hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else. Very unprofessional and a good way to catch a lawsuit. read more

Terrible service, Joan was super rude, definitely very frustrated because she was busy, she had me do part of her job, wow, not good. While feeling very sick she had me wait here, call several places to get information she already had up in her computer! I wish I never had to use this place ever again, but of course my state insurance plan has a contract with CVS and that's why I have to go with CVS of course I'm going to get a different location from now on. read more

The pharmacy staff is horrible! Super slow and they all have this "disgruntled worker attitude. Not only do they ignore calls but they gave my kids stickers and the lady said "here's extra for the others you probably have at home" okay and that was after the other pharmacist staff made me say over and over my kids last names and got mad at me? It made no sense for them to be so blatantly mean for no reason. I have to go 20 minutes away now to get my scripts now because this place is that bad. read more

I'm not quite sure why this CVS location has such terrible reviews. They have the nicest staff who are always welcoming. The pharmacy has always been super helpful with mom's medications. The pharmacist is always available to answer questions regarding over the counter medications as well. It's the one I go to when I need something quick, and don't feel like going to Publix. They routinely stock my favorite brand of shampoo and conditioner. What more can I say? read more

Pharmacist Roy is not only unhelpful, he is downright RUDE. It took over a month (5 trips into the store and 4 phone conversations) to find out the prescription is not available and was never going to be available, but a substitute was completely acceptable. I asked if there was a particular reason he decided to help me today since he was totally UNhelpful all the other times. He tried to blame me not asking (how would I know a sub was allowed?) instead of their own inefficiency. Health and safety are at stake and I plan to also email the board governing this pharmacy. The workers there seem to all hate their jobs. Customer service is non-existent. My insurance dictates where I can fill prescriptions or I would be done with them. CVS's are closing across the nation - do these people even want to try to keep customers? read more

Pharmacy is a joke! The pharmacist sent my prescription back to my doctor never called to let me know!!!! Then when. I got issue resolved they refuse to pick up phone I called the actual store to explain just to get put on hold mid sentence and transferred to pharmacy for another forever wait! This CVS is HORRIBLE. When i want to speak to the pharmacist for giving me the wrong prescription, I'm on hold for 15 minutes. Whichever pharmacists answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. They filled the wrong brand and said the only CVS with the medicine was 40 minutes away, 5 minutes later on the call they said they have it in stock. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Not sure if their computer system is trash or the employees are incompetent. Either way spare yourself the hassle, 0 stars isn't an option but Id rate it that after this experience. read more

I'm not sure why the negative reviews? We have been visiting this location for 17 years, this store is an extremely high volume location, they have always gotten my Prescriptions correct, notified me of any concerns. If the window is slow I would assume that customer may have had a situation that should have been addressed inside the store and not in the drive thru process. No complains here! read more

Literally sitting in drive through line for over 20 minutes now behind 1 car! Long line of cars behind me. If a Customers transaction is going to take awhile... HAVE THEM COME INSIDE! Don't make everyone else in line suffer through this. Drive throughs are for quick service. read more

I've had prescriptions filled here for years, I've run into the occasional issue here and there with them. Today when I needed a pain medication filled after a dental procedure the girl at drop off took my paper, went to the computer, came back and said we don't have this. She was very rude and did not offer any help. Needless to say I went to a different pharmacy where the pharmacist was extremely pleasurable and explained that the medication I was looking for was not a common dose and that is why I was Having a hard time finding it at CVS. read more

Wouldn't it be crazy-great if, upon calling a number, you'd get a cheerful person that asked where to direct your call ? No, this is not the case here -- you get an answering service that puts you on hold indefinitely. This is the Walmart-style customer service that we have all gotten used to. Sad. Good customer service doesn't cost a dime, but pays back so much if done right. The staff in this mediocre store is complacent and unfriendly. I haven't ever had a positive experience. I was forced to move to CVS from Walgreens because my children's insurance was no longer accepter there. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! They originally did not have my son's prescription in stock on a Friday so they had to order it and said it would be ready Saturday- I went there to pick it up Saturday morning and signed the needed paperwork to accept the prescription. About 5 minutes later they called me and told me the bag they had given me did not have the actual prescription in it. I was heading to a birthday party so I told them I would be back to get it later. I sent my husband there the following Monday and he was advised that there was no RX there for our son. I then called and spoke with someone who told me there was a miscommunication and that it was actually in their fridge. Needless to say I will be making my 4th trip to this store today and will hopefully be able to get the medication that my son needed last week. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!! read more

I wish I could rate this place less then one, but could not. I have been getting my drugs here for the last year since my insurance changed to CVS Caremark. Every time I go through the window I set waiting for someone to notice I am there, even though I know there is an alarm going off inside. When I go inside to get faster service I get dirty looks from the people behind the counter like I am interrupting their job to help me. I was given a new drug this Tuesday and dripped it off at noon and was told it would be ready in two hours. At 3:00pm and they argued that I had dropped it off, then after 20 min I was told they could not read my doc handwritten. I will give them his handwritten is bad, but I had to call to find out what it drug name was, then was told it would have to be ordered, would be in in 24 hours. I waited till 3:00 on my way to work yesterday and went to pick it up, was told it was delivered, but had not been unpacked yet, it would be ready at 6:00, I work till midnight. So today I got up and went again to CVS, after again being told they had no record of it, another woman told me only half was shipped, and they were waiting on the rest to give me anything. I am now hoping to get my drug almost a week after I was to start it. read more
