This CVS is located at the intersection of Cedar and South Green Road making it a pretty busy location. There are two other CVS stores on Cedar Road. I have been visiting this store for years, and always genuinely get surprised about the poor customer experience. Layout: The store is generally organized like other CVS locations. Some exceptions include eye solution and other medicines that live in a corner by the pharmacy. The store is not very clean most days. Inventory: The inventory levels just depend. I usually shop for medical supplies, allergy, and cold medications. I almost always have great trouble finding the basics like Benadryl or Tylenol. Large percentage of the inventory is locked and there is no one to ask for assistance. Pharmacy/Minute Clinic: The service is very dismissive, uncaring, and with no sense of urgency. This is true for both pharmacy and minute clinic, but is really bad at the pharmacy. I heard complaints in line about medications not being available, wrong/generic medications provided, and wait time. I always witness and experience problems. Personally, I enjoy no part of pharmacy interactions. I never feel like I can ask questions, staff and pharmacists just walk away mid-conversation. I almost always have a problem with refill dates or additional questions/approvals to the doctor. Wait times are long even without the line. Frequently it's suggested that I return hours or days later for medications to be filled. Most of the staff is not friendly. Check-in tablet doesn't work as expected. Staff never picks up the phone. At lunchtime, the drive thru window just closes without regard about lines. There is no patient care, collaboration, or prioritization. It always takes considerable amount of time to resolve any pharmacy issues or have routine medications filled Service: The store service is non-existent. There is rarely anyone working at checkout. Most customers go to self-checkout, experience issues with the checkout machines, and wait. Asking someone a question on the store floor is not very welcome. Simply said, the store is mismanaged. The Good: The store now has Fuel and Go stand for quick and healthy snacks. It's a convenient way to find something quickly especially en route to work or on a road trip. Cute fall decor! Parking Lot: Large parking lot is available with access from Cedar Rd and South Green Rd. Exercise caution as both street tend to have traffic. It's not always easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Overall, I don't recommend this store. The service here is extremely poor and self-serve is your best option. Expect to wait everywhere - pharmacy, minute clinic, and store. Personally, I'm looking for alternative locations because of consistent lack of customer focus. read more

I was just at this CVS trying to drop off a package for UPS. The front desk lady initiated a very long conversation with the customer in front of me while I was waiting in line. That customer turned out to be a mechanic. She then told me that her scanner had signed out and she could not accept the packages. It turns out that it would have just taken some time for her to sign in. She did not want to do that. Why? Because she wanted to get her car checked out by the mechanic, there and then. Completely irresponsible. I had a vaccine appointment with the confirmation. They couldn't find it in their system and just wasted my time for 30 minutes sending me here and there and then without appologizing they said we can't help you. The manager was super rude and did not help at all. I would never trust them with my medication as well. read more

I used the minute clinic and everyone was super friendly and helpful! I read some of the reviews and was nervous but the experience couldn't have been more pleasant, at least in this area of the store. read more

I had a minute clinic appointment scheduled from 11:10 AM for a strep test. Im extremely Sick and uncomfortable and I even showed up early to sign in. The doctor in the room never came out of the door and the person who came 15 minutes AFTER me just walked in, skipped the line and left me waiting. I've been waiting for 40 minutes after my appointment with still not even seeing anyone. read more

Pharmacists are usually rude no matter where you go, but these pharmacists are on a whole new level. I always try to keep my questions short and polite, and without fail, I get treated like I'm the scum of the earth (and how DARE I interrupt their day?!?!). I've gone to this pharmacy consistently for a year, and only TWO times I've encountered polite pharmacists. Even their attitude on the phone is completely unprofessional. As for refill speed, I submitted my prescription Thursday, and the website said it would be ready by Sunday at 3pm. It is now Monday at 8:30am. I just called and they said it would be another hour before it's ready. I am so unbelievably frustrated, and I will be finding another pharmacy. I understand they didn't go to school for customer service skills, but there is no reason they should treat people simply trying to pick up their prescriptions in the manner they do. read more

Worst pharmacy experience ever. The attitude was hostile and the help was incompetent. The time it took to get help was also inexcusable. I was ignored at the drop off window for ages. They knew I was there. I will NEVER return. I will say the pharmacist himself finally helped me. He was nice and filled my prescription right away after all that time. read more

Mid-sized CVS which is a plus when you're in a hurry...the check out people are just great!! They will take the time to get your coupons right or help with your winning Scratchers payouts. Good store all around!! read more

The pharmacy made a mistake with my medication. They gave me extended release instead of immediate release. I caught the mistake before I left the store. The pharmacist told me to CUT THE PILLS IN HALF! She should lose her license for that! The manager refused to accept the medication and I was charged for medication I cannot take. Avoid this place. read more

Go here often for essentials, and am generally pleased with the service and inventory. I usually have coupons or other high maintenance issues, and they always help me out. Their greeting card section is pretty dinky, so if you're looking for a great card I'd try driving 2 minutes in any direction and finding another CVS with a better card selection. read more

Called in a prescription to the pharmacy and when we went to pick it up, four hours later, it still wasn't ready. Was quoted with another 45 min wait time to transfer and fill his asthma prescription, it ended up taking over an hour, and they still managed to screw everything up. We won't be back unless it's a complete necessity. read more

I would just like to take some time to express how unhappy I am with this particular CVS. There is one woman cashier who works there, I believe her name is Jenny. She is consistently rude to me and as I witnessed tonight, other customers as well. I am actually quite surprised she still works there with how rude she is to I'm sure 99% of customers. I go here all the time to fill my prescriptions the pharmacists is always nice when I come in they have always worked quick to fill my prescriptions and they always meet the time they tell me it will take to fill my prescriptions they also offer a awards program to get money back this place is also good for getting photo filled and maybe getting a gallon on of milk but you'll pay a little more for the food though read more

I attempted to get home delivery for my 2 prescriptions online. After numerous attempts over a period of 2 hrs, I was unsuccessful. First of all, they had an old email address listed even though, I had changed my email address with the cashier, when I was in the store. It's odd, how I receive regular emails, coupon offers and texts on my new email address all the time. The computer said, I could call the pharmacy, as another option, and request the delivery. So, I did this. The pharmacist said, no, I have to do it online. I asked what do people in their 90's do that don't have a computer. She said, they come to the drive thru or go in the store. ( Pharmacy inside currently closed due to coronavirus). She cannot help me. I have had other problems with rude , unhelpful staff at this store's pharmacy. CVS is in my network but, honestly I'm considering transferring Rx's to another pharmacy who actually wants to help people. read more
