This CVS is located at the intersection of Cedar and South Green Road making it a pretty busy…read morelocation. There are two other CVS stores on Cedar Road. I have been visiting this store for years, and always genuinely get surprised about the poor customer experience. Layout: The store is generally organized like other CVS locations. Some exceptions include eye solution and other medicines that live in a corner by the pharmacy. The store is not very clean most days. Inventory: The inventory levels just depend. I usually shop for medical supplies, allergy, and cold medications. I almost always have great trouble finding the basics like Benadryl or Tylenol. Large percentage of the inventory is locked and there is no one to ask for assistance. Pharmacy/Minute Clinic: The service is very dismissive, uncaring, and with no sense of urgency. This is true for both pharmacy and minute clinic, but is really bad at the pharmacy. I heard complaints in line about medications not being available, wrong/generic medications provided, and wait time. I always witness and experience problems. Personally, I enjoy no part of pharmacy interactions. I never feel like I can ask questions, staff and pharmacists just walk away mid-conversation. I almost always have a problem with refill dates or additional questions/approvals to the doctor. Wait times are long even without the line. Frequently it's suggested that I return hours or days later for medications to be filled. Most of the staff is not friendly. Check-in tablet doesn't work as expected. Staff never picks up the phone. At lunchtime, the drive thru window just closes without regard about lines. There is no patient care, collaboration, or prioritization. It always takes considerable amount of time to resolve any pharmacy issues or have routine medications filled Service: The store service is non-existent. There is rarely anyone working at checkout. Most customers go to self-checkout, experience issues with the checkout machines, and wait. Asking someone a question on the store floor is not very welcome. Simply said, the store is mismanaged. The Good: The store now has Fuel and Go stand for quick and healthy snacks. It's a convenient way to find something quickly especially en route to work or on a road trip. Cute fall decor! Parking Lot: Large parking lot is available with access from Cedar Rd and South Green Rd. Exercise caution as both street tend to have traffic. It's not always easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Overall, I don't recommend this store. The service here is extremely poor and self-serve is your best option. Expect to wait everywhere - pharmacy, minute clinic, and store. Personally, I'm looking for alternative locations because of consistent lack of customer focus.

That customer turned out to be a mechanic. She then told me that her scanner had signed out and she could not accept the packages. It turns out that it would have just taken some time for her to sign in. She did not want to do that. Why? Because she wanted to get her car checked out by the mechanic, there and then. The worker LEFT the cashier stand in front of me and went to the parking lot. to get her car checked by the mechanic. Unbelievable.

I don't expect much from Walmart, but even by this standard, this was a really horrible location…read more The spray paint cans were all under lock and key. That wouldn't be so bad, except that there weren't any sales associates around who could open up the glass case for me. I decided to go elsewhere for a can of Krylon instead. Much of the men's underwear was also locked away in a glass case. Not the good moisture-wicking stuff, mind you. It was the cheaper Fruit of the Loom underwear that was locked away, bizarrely enough. Do they really have a problem with people stealing or vandalizing the cheap underwear? And not the more expensive stuff? Again, this wouldn't be a bit deal if a sales associate was available. The grocery selection wasn't great in comparison to the other Walmart locations either. And many of their suitcases had no price tags or price signage available. How do they expect to sell these things? This strikes me as a place where the management has pretty much given up on trying to sell stuff.

First off, walking through the store I could smell weed. And no body was that close to me so I questioned if someone was actually using a pen inside the store. They were prepping for restocking but it was a mess. No order. Employees on the isles didn't greet you, but kept their music playing loudly (loved all the profanity!). And checkout was ridiculous. I was told (after I was already ringing up items) "No self-checkout!" on the self-checkout line that was green. The same person who shouted that, was standing right there as I walked up and started ringing up my items. And I walked past a handful of employees as I made my way back to the exit only to be told when I was almost there "You can't exit that way." Cool cool cool. Poor customer service. Messy store. Avoid it.

We have left this CVS and now use the Giant Eagle pharmacy. A few weeks ago I went to pick up my…read moreprescription for a non life threatening drug and on getting it home, found that it was the wrong thing. When I took it back to get the correct medication, The pharmacy blamed first my doctor, then me, then my doctor again. They could have just blushingly admitted a mistake and I would have been ok. But they didn't. Since I can't trust that pharmacy, I changed providers and am very happy now .

I am, unfortunately, on a good number of prescriptions. My wife usually picks them up for me, but as she's busy today and I'm heading out of town early tomorrow, I went to pick up my medications. It should be noted that I used to go to a neighboring pharmacy, but due to a change in my insurance, I go to Walgreens exclusively now, as directed by the company. Whenever I'd get a text from the old pharmacy saying something is due for a pick up, they'd explicitly say that they'd be closed between x and x time for lunch. Always. Walgreens doesn't include this in their texts to me, so I assumed (my mistake) that they most not close the pharmacy for any lunch period. I walked in and saw that every window was shuttered (there are about four or five, but in a basic "same" area) stating that "there is no pharmacist on duty, and state law prohibits prescriptions to be filled without one present". That was (basically) it. Same message on the outside drive up window. So, I figured that they were shuttered for the day due to having no pharmacist on duty at all. I then went on with my day and got a text saying another script was ready about forty minutes after leaving the store. Then the light went off over my head. They were, obviously, just closed for lunch break. If that had been expressed on the sign, I'd have waited the five minutes until two o'clock when they re opened after the lunch break instead of just leaving. Now, unless I go back out in rush hour traffic, I'll have to postpone my departure time until later tomorrow morning. LOL. YES, I'm just an old guy complaining, but simple different verbiage in the message, as in "we are closed between one thirty and two for lunch" would have helped other than the one that was ambiguous to the point where it suggested there was no pharmacist on duty all day. Sorry about the rant, but to me, it's just simplifying things.
