When asked what happened he just kept repeating that it had been ready for 4 days. He was rather bitchy about it. What could improve? Fix the problem, your attitude and apologize for your shortcomings! You wasted our time & the doctor's time.

The next appointment is in 5 weeks and he cannot fill my prescription until after the appointment. I then spoke with Key and told him my Provider already saw me in her office and she is well aware of my lab values. Fill the script as ordered or speak with my provider. I need my medication. The patient should not have to debate a dosage with their pharmacist. If he questions the dosage, he needs to call my provider and then my provider calls me. Its really quite simple. He then hung up on me and told my provider he will not be filling my medication ever. Wow !! Why is this guy allowed to practice as a pharmacist ?? Unreal !

This was an emergency so that wasn't going to work. I called Xpress and a lady took my information down and said she would fill it ASAP. Within the hour my prescription was ready for pickup. I was so relieved! I plan on transferring all my prescriptions to this pharmacy as soon as we are moved down here. I would rather support a small "mom & pop" pharmacy than the big chains. You get more personable service here and the pharmacist was very friendly. I will be back!

The person at the desk took my prescriptions, gave me their business card & told me that they would start a profile on me & suggested I called when I had my insurance info & they would immediately process my order. When I called they said they'd be ready in 10 minutes & I'm pretty sure they were done in less than that, because when I got there they were waiting on me, lol. Isn't that nice for a change?! Just in case you do end up waiting, there do have some basic chairs in the pharmacy, but you can also walk to the cafe that's nearby in the same building. Or if you're feeling adventurous you can cross the street and mozy on into the Estrella Hospital gift shop :)

There is a nice patio with tables and chairs right outside the doors of the pharmacy, great for when it cools off. I enjoy using this pharmacy because they don't "grief me" for filling my pain med scripts ON TIME like EVERY OTHER PHARMACY I've ever used. Imagine it! No inordinate wait and no evil power hungry pharmacists laughing at you as you writhe in pain... Ok, maybe it's not that bad but when you are in pain, it may certainly feel that way. I had a prescription that I refilled. When I picked it up, I noted that my order contained only 10 pills instead of the 90 the prescription called for. Upon inquiring about the error, I was told that the order was for 100 pills and that my insurance would not cover more than 90. They never told me about this issue when they filled it, and they made it appear that I still had one refill left. In short, the pharmacy mismanaged the situation failing to alert me to an issue with my original order and then compounded that failure when I tried to refill it when they knew they were not filling the expected quantity. As a result, I had to leave without my full prescription and now need to wait for the doctor to send in a fresh prescription to them.
