A large store located on Collins ave that is often busy, especially during season. The parking lot is poorly designed so that is always an annoyance. The pharmacy lines can be very long but when I need a script sooner; they are usually pretty good and I have no issues with that. I wish they were able to move on to next customer to expedite the line when there is a hold up or delay with one customer at the pharmacy. As for the store, They have both cashiers and self check out which is convenient. read more

Love this location! The associates are always so kind and willing to help if you have any questions or need anything! They usually have a lot of the things I need in stock and everything is organized and clean There's plenty tu of parking in the plaza and it's close to restaurants, the beach and plenty of shopping places too. Really bad experience. Staff is friendly but just completely incompetent. I had to catch my bus to Orlando yet they wasted 15min because of register problems. First the only cash register was occupied by a man who just couldn't figure it out even the woman tried to help. I ended up taking another self check out, but it voided my coupon which was $10 now once in the slot you can't get it back, the manager has to come to open the whole thing up. Said she's help me at a regular register then proceeded to help another customer first. How can you waste people's time like that omg just drop the self check out registers already and have someone just help the normal way because this was ridiculous. read more

This CVS has a serious homeless issue. 9/10 there's a person laying on the floor of their entrance. I reported to one of the managers and they replied I know and went about their business. This is private property so the police to not intervene. Personally I don't like having to step over people to buy my products. These poor people are very unsanitary and could be potentially driving away businesses. It's bad enough you don't have enough employees. read more

This is our go-to CVS! We get all our essentials here and everyone's usually pretty helpful and nice. The only time we experienced an issue was trying to return an online purchase in store but they were pretty nice about it and we just ultimately returned it online without an issue. There's always usually someone always willing to help you find what you need. The pharmacy staff has also been pretty friendly every time we need to pick up a prescription. read more

Now that I see the reviews at this place I understand..... I bought a beach chair and they gave me the displayed one, it didn't work when I took it to the beach and I think they sold me a previously returned chair as it had no barcode. When I came to return it he started talking in Spanish ( which I understand) that there was no returns in beach items so I told him I had just bought it and it wasn't in good conditions.... then he told me that he knew I was going to returned it because everybody does that and that it was (anti higienico) which means anti hygienic... ... in front of everybody and in Spanish l, this was super low I still can't believe this this guy shouldn't be working with people and this might explain the reviews of this CVS. Generally a good pharmacy with John as the best pharmacist and the lady is also great. Covering pharmacists like Tom R can be really bad so be aware of that! read more

I went to the bathroom and it was in terrible condition. The store manager is not nice at all. The pharmacists ( doctors ) are great professionals and really nice and helpful . That is the only reason I have to go to this CVS. read more

Don't use this pharmacy. I was told I could pick up my Rx by the 22nd of the month and called in to pick it up on the 21st. At first I was told that the prescription had expired. I called back to speak to the manager and by the time from the second call there was no prescription on file. Apparently they lost the script within 15 minutes. I would pick another pharmacy if I were you. read more

My regular CVS across from the Aventura Mall closed so I now have to go to this one a it is fairly close to my home. I actually dread going their for prescriptions. The sullen faced girl who is the pharmacy tech, is unfriendly and can never make eye contact or actually greet you with a smile or by name (I've now been there over 20 times) Terrible store, your staff needs serious training or get rid of them. This CVS has saved my life many times late at night. They got self check out kiosks which are very helpful to get in and out quickly. Beware of lots of tourists that stand around like zombies waiting to be attended. If you are coming for service, you will be disappointed. But if you know what you want and can handle the self check out kiosk, this place is amazing! read more

This is the WORST CVS I've ever been to in my entire life. No one is at the register to help you and it's all self check out. So if you have a problem at self check out there's legitimately no one there to fix it for you or help with your purchase. On top of that this employee named Milena (I'm butchering the name because she barely speaks English so I don't know how to pronounce it), wouldn't help me either when I asked for it. It was a really simple thing she could've done to help me too, I clicked English on the machine and it started speaking Spanish instead, she only had to fix that for me but she was clearly too lazy. She just stared at me and continued cleaning up behind the main registers which I might add are the ones they DON'T EVEN USE. I've been a loyal CVS customer for years, getting all of my prescriptions through them and anything else I might need, but this was RIDICULOUS. The employees are simply lazy and inattentive to their customers. Image to rank this CVS on giving the worst customer experience I've ever witnessed. I'll never be spending my money here again and I hope corporate cracks down on them and makes some big changes here. I'll be calling to complain shortly after writing this review.
